He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick. And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win a death battle.
~ Wiz and Boomstick introducing themselves and explaining what DEATH BATTLE! is.

Wiz and Boomstick are the main protagonists of the YouTube webseries DEATH BATTLE. They are a duo that consists of a brilliant but mad scientist named Wizard who performs unethical experiments and creates inventions like DUMMI and an alcoholic redneck named Boomstick who has a prosthetic shotgun leg and gets experimented on by Wizard.

But both of them use their skills to host DEATH BATTLE, a show where they discuss the history and feats of various characters, then put them in battles to the death to see who would win.

Wiz is voiced by Ben Singer, while Boomstick is voiced by Chad James.

Their Evil Ranking[]

Their Villainous Deeds[]

  • They forced many fictional characters to fight in a death battle to see who wins, killing many characters in brutal ways.
    • Shovel Knight, who got killed by Scrooge McDuck by getting shot with McDuck’s Anti-Inertia Gun, making him slower and then getting stomped with his own shovel, and Geese Howard, who got killed by Heihachi by getting stabbed by lava.
  • They also put children or teenagers in death battles, which got them killed and have brutal deaths.
    • Ben, who was killed by Green Lantern by getting cut by his scissors and then getting stomped by a boot.
    • Red, who got killed by Tai Kamiya by getting punched and kicked by Tai Kamiya and then died by Mega Charizard X falling down on him and getting burned by Tai’s Agumon.
    • Justin Bieber and Rebecca Black, who both died in a car crash.
  • They often don’t feel remorse when the combatants end up dying or make fun of them.
    • In Aang vs Edward, Boomstick says, "Looks like Ed didn't have a leg to stand on." Or arm, I guess." after Aang killed Edward, and while Wiz was talking about Aang and Edward's advantages and disadvantages.
  • They have other crimes outside of hosting Death Battle, like Wizard, who attempted to take over the world and Boomstick, who killed the interns by making them test different types of explosions.
  • They are the hosts of the Death Race, along with the Ringmaster, which makes them responsible for the deaths of the characters who are featured in the races.
    • Boomstick makes the obstacle courses, which are filled with death traps in order to get people like racers who fall for the traps killed.

Why Don’t They Stand Out?[]

  • Despite passing the baseline, they failed the heinous standards of the universes they crossed over with, such as DC Comics, Marvel, Dragon Ball, and many others, due to characters such as Thanos, Darkseid, and Beerus.
  • They are pretty comedic since they serve as comic relief since they most of the time bounce jokes off each other in light of serious deaths in the show.
  • They are pretty affable towards each other and consider each other friends.
  • They have standards because they are opposed to The Seven Battle Royal Fight being held in an unvacated area, and it is shown several times that Boomstick utterly despises dog killers.
  • They are on & off since they don’t always act like villains by having standards against having the Seven fight in an unvacated area and caring for each other.
  • They care for people like Wizard who cares for his father and aspires to be like him, and Boomstick, who cares for Ringmaster.
  • When they make fictional characters fight to the death. It's part of the versus show, and even when a certain character dies. They do feel upset about it if they happen to love, or enjoy that character.

Trivia[]

  • While they’re currently Villainous Benchmarks, as of now, their status might change when the final DEATH BATTLE! episode is released, where they'll be forced to fight each other and might lose or gain more preventions.
