The Rules

- No disrespectful behavior.
- No edit-warring
- Make sure that content visibly shown does not go past the PG-13 age rating.
- Do not copy and paste work that you did not write.
- No company categories such as Sony, Shonen etc.
- Please do not add on the trivia that this villain is the only one or only one of the few next to the other to be Villainous Benchmarks in the series because that can easily get outdated with how common a Villainous Benchmark is in a story.
Proposal and Removal Restrictions
Proposals are only meant for villains up for some heavy debate on rather they are Villainous Benchmarks or not as these villains, in general, are the easiest to morally scale given how they are the lowest in the entire villain scaling that is lower than what the Inconsistently Heinous, Near Pure Evil, and Pure Evils are. If we did do proposals for every Villainous Benchmark, then it would be way too much work as these villains are the majority and not minority within the evil spectrum.
