Koume and Kotake, collectively known as Twinrova, are major antagonists in The Legend of Zelda franchise. They serve as the secondary antagonists of Ocarina of Time, the main antagonists of the linked versions of Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages, and cameo characters in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
The Twinrova are a pair of 400-year-old witches and the surrogate mothers of Ganondorf. Kotake is a master of ice, while Koume is a master of fire. Their fused form is a master of both.

- They kidnap and brainwash Nabooru to force her into serving them as an Iron Knuckle.
- They attempt to kill Link with the brainwashed Nabooru, and then try to kill him themselves.
Oracle Games[]
- They kidnap Zelda with the full intention of using her to revive Ganon.
- When this fails, they sacrifice themselves to resurrect a mindless Ganon who only seeks destruction.
Why Don't They Stand Out?[]
- While resurrecting a mindless Ganon who only seeks destruction is enough to pass the baseline standards, they still fail the heinous standards of the Legend of Zelda.
- They care for each other and are loyal to Ganondorf, sacrificing their lives to revive him in the Oracle games.
- Their defeat in Ocarina of Time is played for laughs with them realizing that they are dead and saying that they are not ready to die, only for the twins to get into an argument due to Kotake claiming that she is twenty years younger than Koume.
