Troy West is the main antagonist of the Lab Rats special episode "Bionic Action Hero". He is an android created by Giselle Vickers.

His Villainous Deeds[]
- He initially appeared as a charming person attracted to Bree, but was shortly revealed to had just been manipulating her so he and Giselle can destroy the Lab Rats and all bionic humans.
- After Giselle revealed she was going to replace him with newer models, Troy betrays her and tries blasting her with Douglas's gun, planning to wipe out not just bionic humans but all of humanity, as well as taking over her androids and forcing them to take him seriously. Giselle survived the blast however.
- He attempted to take Bree hostage so that if the Lab Rats tried taking him out, then she would be taken out as well. However, Bree managed to force his head in the sink water, short circuiting him.
- He knocked out Chase and abducted him, locking him in Giselle's lab so that they could rip out his bionic chip.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- While he is taken seriously for the most part, him being obsessed with his looks is played for laughs.
- He fails the heinous standards to Victor Krane and Dr. Gao, who are more evil than him and have no redeeming qualities and hardly any comedic moments.
