The VB Scout is a character from the Fanon Wiki Chronicles. She the daughter of the NPE Killer and a member of the Moral Scaling Killers where she set to eliminate the “Villainous Benchmark” status by making villains more heinous and remove many preventions as possible.

- She has much lower resources than other characters such as Mega Jack Horner, relying on her manipulating or influencing other victims to be more evil and heinous by making them do worse acts and remove many preventions as possible to stand out thanks to her being half phantom like her father, thus she out heinouses Hate Sinker, IH Killer, and even the Benchmark Void which the latter is a literal cosmic being with much higher resources than her.
- While her own father NPE Killer had slightly lower resources than her, she is far worse than him as NPE Killer only needed to remove some minor preventions when he deal with his victims, while for her case with her victims, she try to make villains worse by making them do more heinous acts and/or remove many preventions as possible so they would not be Benchmark anymore, making her far worse.
- She has made many former Villainous Benchmarks be more heinous enough to stand out to he IH, NPE or PE and thus make her directly responsible for making them commit their atrocities which include:
- She hits Skar King with the Evilizer to make him enslave the Great Apes and Shimo so he would be able to stand out from King Ghidorah and the Kraken which made him be PE.
- Hits Alameda Slim from Home on the Range the Evilizer and Moral Agency Serum so he know the cows are sapient yet not care about them which made him IH.
- Hit AUTO from WALL-E with the Evilizer to brutally nearly kill the titular character which made him IH and make him be aware of putting many lives of the Axiom in danger without care.
- Uses the Mortal Agency serum on Dark Kahn from Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe to have him retain his personality as Darkshied and Khan which made him IH.
- Made President Stone from Astro Boy feel zero remorse for Tobby's death and use the peacekeeper to endanger many lives with the Evilizer which made him PE.
- Point out Big Jack Horner didn't care for his men and used his crystal ball as an argument to show his wish didn’t rely on fringe horror to jump him which made him IH.
- Used the Moral Agency Serum on the Unnamed Echidna Warrior to give him enough of a character to avoid being labeled as a generic doomsday villain which made them be NPE.
- Used the Sympathizer on TV Show Light Yami to make his death sympathetic which made him IH.
- Used the Moral Agency Serum on Light Turner from Netflix's Death Note which made him an genuine extremist which made him IH.
- Used the Evilizer on Lilly from the Walking Dead to make her kidnap children and make them child soldiers to make her jump to IH.
- Used the Heinous Standard Minimizer on Shin Godzilla to make him not rely on fringe horror which made him IH.
- Used the Evilizer on Transformers One Megatron to make him willingly destroy Iacon which made him IH.
- Used the Heinous Standard Minimizer on the Cuphead Show!'s version of the Devil to make him taking souls from his victims to put the body and soul in a fate worse than death which made him IH.
- Delayed the Amazing World of Gunball Movie to put Void in the Mortal Scaling Purgatory.
- Used the Evilizer on Dormitabis Garvey Write’s own creator to do terrible acts to get his page deleted.
- Used the Evilizer on SMG3 to get him to try to nearly blow up the Earth 2 times which made him IH.

- Able to make Venom from Spider-Man 3 heinous enough with a cannon tie-in comic to qualify as PE.

- Hits El Macho with the Evilizer to make him him wanna destroy cities with the Purple Minions instead of simple havoc to be IH.

- Hit the video game version of the Underminer with the Evilizer to make him wanna blow up the Sun to qualify as PE.
- Made the Larger Meg from the Meg to suffer from fridge horror so much to not quality as a villain.
- Convinced that putting the Devil from religiin on Benchmark Wiki would cause friction between religious users.
- She made Zilla from Triangle vs. Monkey suffer from fridge-horror badly by using Frigitus Horrorous she stole from IH Killer by hiding all the dead bodies of the people in New York City so when Triangle, Monkey, and Noodle Neck arrive, it would look like the city is simply abandoned to make his only worse onscreen crimes be "Kill the Heroes Villainy" to get him removed.
- Used the Evilizer on J from Murder Drones to be more heinous while only being loyal to Absolute Solver.
- Pointed out the historical inaccuracies to Disney’s Pocahontas which made the argument of genocide being a common crime in the era gone which made John Ratcliffe promoted to PE.
- She made Cthulhu from Godzilla vs. Cthulhu: A Death May Story more heinous by using the Evilizer and Heinous Standard Minimizer on him to make his crimes of draining lifeforcr or marine life and his destructive rampage in Boston, with the addition panels showing Cthulhu grab people with his tentacles into the comic which made him too heinous even a "Generic Doomsday Villain” to be a Villainous Benchmark which got his page deleted to spite IH Killer.
- She attempted to make Keizer Ghidorah more heinous by convincing Toho to have him appear in the IDW Godzilla Comics to hopefully make him IH with having him do more heinous acts, not only it failed for only having Keizer Ghidorah pass the baseline but backfired as it allowed his Comic & Crossover versions to stay on the VB Wiki during the Purge of Generics 'n Bog-Standards to her disappointment.
- She pointed Kurome turning people into doll slaves which is an fate worse than death to pass her series heinous standard to IH
- Uses the Heinous Standard Minimizer to make Tomura Shigaraki to not fail to All for One.
- Hits Smaug with the Evilizer and Moral Agency to destroy Lake Town and defile them as revenge to make him Pure Evil.
- Uses the moral agency serum on Emperor Palpatine to give him an clear moral agency to be Pure Evil.
- Uses the moral agency serum on Water Street Butcher from The Poughkeepsie Tapes so he has a clear moral agency.
- Uses an program version of her moral agency serum to give Skynet a moral agency.
- Used the moral agency serum on Movie Shadow to not be an generic Doomsday Villain anymore.
- She accidentally created Jackson Cyclone by dragging Jackson Storm out of the Benchmark Void and hit him with the De-Evilizer so he wouldn’t qualify as a Villain. And she showed zero care or remorse unlike PE Executioner or NPE Killer who accidentally created Mega Jack Horner and Audrey The Destroyer respectively.
- Convinced FANDOM staff to have the terms of service changed to ban NFSW content, getting all Shock Value Villains and NSFW related work villains terminated from Moral Scaling and Hero & Villain Wikis entirely.
- She along with Jackson Cyclone convinced the Moral Scaling Judge to remove "bog-standard” villains as an act to rise up against generics and only have villains that pass the general standards. which caused the Purge of Generics 'n Bog-Standards to happen, which nuked thousands of pages which pissed off the Benchmark Void to devour some of those villains killing a large number of them.
- She is aware of the potential consequences from her attempts of making many villains more heinous with her equipment, such as using the Evilizer to make various Benchmark Villains to commit more heinous acts and loose many redeeming qualities as possible, she showed zero remorse for being indirectly responsible for causing the crimes of the many villains she made more heinous.
Why She Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- Despite her similar resources and easily passing the baseline, she fails the heinous standard to NPE Killer and PE Executioner who done worse with similar or slightly less resources with the former making more villains heinous than her, however since she just started her job of removing Benchmarks where the mentioned two done their jobs longer than her meaning they has more victims so this is a minor prevention.
- Due to her being based on NPE Killer and other Moral Scaling Killers she can’t be taken seriously.
- She genuinely cares for her father, the NPE Killer and genuinely gets along with HB Exterminator.
- Despite feeling no remorse for making more villains heinous and their crimes she caused, she felt bad Mega Jack Horner's mass omnicide should be enough to be IH as she felt it is heinous enough qualify. She tried to make him qualify but the IH Killer raised the Heinous Standard to make it impossible.
- She sometimes tries to make Villains less heinous to the point of not qualifying as Villains or Villainous Benchmark which is an good thing:
- She pointed out Shenron and Porunga from Dragon Ball series only did villainous acts because of other villains evil wishes which wouldn’t count.
- She used the De-Evilizer on Han Mi-nyeo from Squid Game to make her crimes too vague and a simple xenophobe to not qualify as as a villain.
- She attempted to make Jackson Storm not qualify as a Villain by using the De-Evilizer on him. However only backfired and made Jackson Cyclone instead which she didn’t intend to do. However she shown zero remorse for it making it minor.
- Used the De-Evilizer on Injstice Lex Lutnor to make him an hero.
- She used the De-Evilizer on Caine from The Amazing Digital Circus to be an neutral character.
- Used the De-Evilizer on DC’s Swamp Thing to turn himself in and be an hero.
- She rewrite the original script for Toy Story 3 where an lost earlier draft had Buzz Lightyear would have willingly joined Losto's side but changed it to him being brainwashed with demo-mode instead which unintentionally have save his PG status and likely Pixar of making an fatal mistake that could've ruined the Toy Story series themselves.
- Used the De-Evilizer on Yuri from DDLC and made her brainwashed by Monika instead. However failed when the DLC got released and allowed Yuri to qualify as a Villain to be on the Villains Wiki and be re-added to the Villainous Benchmark Wiki.
- Called the police on Josef Heiter so that he would be punished to prevent his work from being shock value though it was so it doesn’t stuffer from offscreen villainy making this a minor prevention.

- Her VB status is ironic, because she is one of the most evil member of the Moral Scaling Killers and even removes VB by making them more evil by making them heinous and removing many preventions as possible.
- She might become one of her own victims because she would need to remove her own VB status and become more heinous in the future at some point.
- Her page was originally deleted for believing she suffer from fridge-horror too much to pass the baseline due to believing she is unaware of her actions of making more villains heinous such as using her equipment such as the Evilizer to make them commit more crimes and loose many redeeming qualities as possible, once it was pointed out that from info on her Villains Fanon Wiki page (that was forgotten to be added on this page at the time of the removal), that she DID had awareness of the consequences to make Benchmark Villains more heinous and their potential crimes yet showed zero remorse for being responsible for those crimes of said villains she made more heinous, her page was restored.
