The PE Executioner is the overarching antagonist of the Villains Fanon Wiki Chronicles.
A mysterious creature who's true appearance is unknown, he goes around trying to remove all villains from the "Pure Evil Status", whether official or fanon.
His evil ranking[]
His villainous deeds[]
- He has sent multiple villains to the benchmark void, possibly getting subjected them to petty insults by the void who implied to be a BOHist.
- He caused the creation of Mega Jack Horner, making him responsible for all the murders committed by the moral scaling wiki hunters that would end up having infinite multiverses get destroyed or thrown into chaos in their attempts of killing their victims.
- Sent a nazi spy to betray arkhamverse Joker to get him removed.
- Created the main antagonist of Mufasa: The Lion King, Kiros, in order to make live action Scar fail the heinous standard, this means the executioner is responsible for all of Kiros’ actions, including his massacres of numerous lion prides.
- Has used the plagarism nuke to get perfectly valid candidates removed.
- He is at constant conflict with The NPE Killer his own son.
- Made Caesar Clown comic relief.
- Used the Heinous minimizer on Fecto Elfilis which resulted in Fecto Forgo becoming amoral and insane to spite him.
- Its implied he got rid of most of the sapient beings that the sirene version of Eggman tried to kill just to make him fail the baseline.
- Created the Heinous Minimizer, a weapon that can downplay a villain’s crimes.
Why doesn’t he stand out?[]
- He fails the heinous standards to the NPE killer who is a phantom that caused more deaths due to having the ability to increase the evil of villains and also fails the PG murderer who has used the plagarism nuke more and has also done “purges” in which he got candidates removed in mass.
- Furthermore his victims are all former pure evils, villains who were heinous by the standards of their work and lack redeeming qualities meaning he was targeting bad people with a fate that isn’t inherently bad.
- He also fails to the moral scaling wiki killer Jackson Cyclone, who doesn’t pass the heinous standards but has personal villany against Vanimikoleena The Inconsistent, put people in fates worse than death with Dungeon keeper (2014) and killed everyone in Thneedville by making the air completely unbreathable with smog.
- He is a parody meant to make fun of the mishaps and Badge of Honor treatment in the moral scaling community.
- He is a well intentioned extremist as he legitimately believes nobody can truly be “Pure Evil”, which is not inherently false.
- Has done some acts which count as “pet the dog moments” such as using annoying thoughts to give once completely evil villains redeeming qualities
- Cared about the NPE killer and only has conflict with him because he keeps defying him.
- Showed remorse for unintentionally creating Mega Jack Horner and legitimately wishes he never targeted the original Jack Horner in the first place due to him horrified by the mass death and destruction.
- This also makes him unintentionally heinous, as he never intended for the creation of the Moral Scaling Wiki Hunters and wasn’t remorseless about it at all.
- He also seem to show some genuine care for his daughter Valencia Storm.
