The Barrister Ghosts are major antagonists of the 2021 Disney Channel comedy fantasy animated series The Ghost and Molly McGee. They are part of The Ghost Council.

They are the rulers of the Ghost World and the bosses of Scratch and many of the other ghosts that have appeared in the series, the ones who evaluate the misery caused by the ghosts on human towns, sending them to the Flow of Failed Phantoms if they fail to do so. They could be considered minions of The Chairman.

Their Villainous Deeds

• They take their job very seriously, spreading misery in the human world and mercilessly punishing ghosts who fail to meet their standards.
• They follow the Chairman's every order.
• They hate Scratch, and only keep him around due to him being effective at his job.
• The send Molly and Scratch to the Flow of Failed Phantoms as punishment for being friends.
• Although they do allow Molly and Scratch to go, this was clearly out of cowardice as they knew Molly could easily destroy them, as she did to the Chairman, should they not relent.

Why Don't They Stand Out?

• They fail the heinous standard to the Chairman, who is their superior and Jinx as she takes over the world.
• They have shown to have affable and loyal to others:
  • They are legitimately loyal to the Chairman, as they carry out his every order and Grimbella cries his name after Molly destroys him.
  • They are affable toward one another.
  • They become affable to Scratch when Scratch became Chairman despite his flaws.
• They help to defeat Jinx and redeem themselves at the end.
• They have couple of comedic moments throughout Season 1 and 2.
