NOTE: This is about the Japanese Generation One Continuity version of Tankor as His USA Counterpart is Inconsistently Heinous so only information on Tankor from the Japanese G1 series will be on here
Since Beast Wars and Beast Machines originally Japanese Dubs of the American Cartoon before retconned into the Japanese Generation One Continuity so he shares a near identical history with his USA Counterpart.
Beast Machines[]
Due to it being a Japanese dub of the USA Cartoon it means he commits the same crimes as his USA Counterpart in the original Beast Machines Cartoon such as:
While he became a minion of Megatron as a pawn he continued to be evil even after regaining his former identity.
He would attempt to replace Megatron and wipe out all organic life so he can rule a fully technological Cybetron.
He would end up Cyberfroming many plant life.
He would trick Optimus Primal into releasing the Plasma Energy and Key To Vector Sigma so they can destroy each other.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
While committing the same crimes as his USA Counterpart easily passes the general baseline unlike that version set in a standalone continuity the Japanese G1 Continuity had the events of multiple shows and manga tie-ins canon, it means he has to go by a higher heinous standards for the following the reasons:
While he can't be compared to G1 Megatron, Devil Z, Violen Jiger, Dark Nova or Unicron due to them being unfair comparisons, he fails the heinous standards to G1 Scorponok, Beast Wars Megatron, Beast Wars II Galvatron (who slightly fails the in-story standards himself), Primacron and Cobra Commander who attempted worse with similar or less resources.
It doesn't help Tankor has more resources than Scorponok who was able to blow up two planets with simple bombs or Beast Wars Megatron having extra crimes under his belt in addition to his original USA Counterpart's crimes.
Much like his USA counterpart he is too tragic for Near Pure Evil due to his torture by Megatron.
Since the Japanese Dub of Beast Wars and Beast Machines is played for laughs, it makes him too comedic for Near Pure Evil.
Much like hIs USA version he becomes Rhinox again showing regret and unlike that version additionally in tbe Legends Manga set after Beast Machines he shows a lot of remorse for his actions and regretting in betraying his friends where after talking to his Legends Chibi Counterpart he would fully redeem himself by saving the Legends World from Starscream trying to posssess Metroplex where he defeated the Seeker and given a new body based on his original one by his Legends Counterpart where he would reunite with his friends at last showning in having a drink with them.
This also means ends up showing enough remorse and regret for his actions the point where his worst crimes are pretty much now considered Unintentionally Heinous.
Trivia[]
His USA Counterpart is Inconsistently Heinous due to the USA Continuity having a lower heinous standard due to acts of attempted planetary destruction not becoming a commonplace with it not connected to pre-existing series, making his crimes able to standout with less competition.
