Stuart "Stu" Macher is the secondary antagonist of the fanfic Scream For Me. He is the boyfriend turned husband of Tatum Riley, best friend of Sidney Prescott, Randy Meeks, ex-boyfriend of Casey Becker and accomplice of Billy Loomis.

- He unwillingly helped Billy kill Maureen Prescott.
- When Casey broke up with him for jock Steven Orth he asked Billy if they can kill both.
- He guts Steven Orth stomach and when Casey turns the porch light on she is traumatized.
- He helps Billy finish killing Casey (it can be empathized Casey deserved it for physically abusing and cheating on Stu several times).
- He goes along with Billy Loomis idea to go on a killing spree in Woodsboro.
- He’s makes dark jokes about how you gut someone.
- Accuses Randy of being the killer.
- Attacks Sidney in her house.
- Calls Sidney at Tatum’s house tormenting her.
- Plans to kill Sidney and her father with Billy to framing them.
- Goes along with Billy’s idea to start a second killing spree.
Why He Doesn’t Stand Out?[]
- He fails the heinous standards to Roman Bridger and Mickey Altieri the latter being a literal serial killer. He has a extremely tragic past being born with autism causing his parents to psychologically and physically abuse him throughout his childhood, his older sister Leslie who he did nothing but look up to her emotionally abused Stu telling him he’ll never be loved, was manipulated by Roman Bridger who manipulated Stu into peer pressure into becoming a serial killer. He genuinely believed that Casey truly loved him when in fact she never did and abused him like his family did, constantly abused or bullied by Billy.
- He redeemed himself with Billy realizing that the whole Woodsboro Killing spree was nothing but Roman wanting revenge on his mother.
- He is shown to be remorseful for what he did to Casey when going home from School after Casey’s murder he felt remorseful about what he did only realizing she was a horrible person.
- He shows Sidney massive remorseful for what he and billy tried to do and what they did atoning for his actions.
- After helping Sidney, Tatum, Billy, Gale and Cotton defeat Mickey Altieri, Hallie McDaniels and Derek Feldman he tells his three high school friends that they should have a funeral for Randy showing that despite him and randy usually harassing each other he felt saddened by his friend’s death.
- He married Tatum Riley declaring that he will make sure the she is happy no matter what.
- He shows disgust when he learns from his nephew Vince that Vince’s mother Stu’s sister Leslie abuse him showing he doesn’t want his nephew to go through with that.
- He starts a successful business management company with plans to help others.
