Steven Baleman is one of the two main antagonists of the Criminal Minds episode "The Soul Mates". He is a serial killer and rapist who preys on teenage girls along with his friend and partner-in-crime, William Harris.

- Prior to the events of the episode, he raped and bit Connie Mayers.
- He never really cared about William Harris and they only became friends for sadism.
- Kidnapped 3 teenage black girls, torturing and raping two of them until strangling them to death.
- Raped Missy Dewald multiple times and then killed her by strangulation and biting.
- He shows himself a traitor as he betrayed Harris by kidnapping his innocent daughter, Andrea.
