Skulker is the secondary antagonist of the Nickelodeon TV show Danny Phantom.
He is a ghost hunter who hunts down ghosts and unique items, setting his sights eventually on Danny. Skulker is actually a small ghost blob who wears a large battle suit.

His Villainous Deeds[]
- In "One of a Kind", he planned to put Danny in a cage, seeing him as a rare exhibit to behold.
- He takes Tucker's PDA suit to power up his suit only for him to stick Tucker's schedule (..."Which I CANNOT REPROGRAM!...") which take over his armor.
- He still pursued Danny to the Amity Park zoo where he nearly killed Danny (now wanting him dead and hung up his wall).
- In "Bitter Reunions", he was hired by Vlad Master to disable Danny's powers with the power cube.
- In "Life Lessons", he witness Danny and Valerie fighting. Seeing both worth, he host a contest to find out who can survive against the other long enough to be worthy to hunt.
- At the Nasty Burger, he searches through a cage with captured ghost to use one of them as a trap for Danny. He decides to used the Box Ghost as bait.
- In Valerie's apartment, he gives the flour sack to Danny, which causes Valerie to hunt him. He deicded to capture both of them, taking them to his lair all because he was impatient from the lack of a winner.
- In "Secret Weapon", he was hired by Vlad again to scrounge around Amity Park for various devices, namely bloodstream nanobots from Axion Labs and the Fenton's new "Ecto-Converter" device.
- He captures Danny and takes him to Vlad.
- In "Micro Management". He begun to hunt Danny again with his new armed suit.
- He attempted to squash Danny, he followed Danny and Dash throughout the Fenton household and all the way into the rooftop Op's Center.
- In "Kindred Spirits", he made a cameo appearance in a flashback stealing money from a molesses factory and then attacking Danny and his friends.
- In "Girls Night Out", he tries to catch Danny to impress Ember McLain because she criticized his hunting skills.
Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- While he does pass the baseline, he fails the heinous standard to Vlad Plasmius who has done worse by allowing the disasteroid to destroy Amity Park, Earth and the Ghost Zone if the government didn't meet his demand of him saving the world and become ruler. Also him wanting to kill Danny to add for his collection isn't as bad as what Nicolai Technus and Ember McLain did who tried to take over the world.
- He is too On and Off, as he teams up with Danny to fight bigger threats like in "Prisoners of Love", "Reign Storm", "The Fright Before Christmas", "Boxed Up Fury" and more. While he does this out of selfish reasons he doesn't betray Danny Phantom after teaming up with him.
- He does have good leadership qualities, as he repeatedly rounded up many ghost throughout the series and commanded them to attack when give the opportunity.
- He does respect and admire Danny in the final episode where he deems Danny as a worthy opponent instead of their arch-enemy.
- He has some honor, as he follows the Christmas truce that ghost had. And was mad that the Ghost Writer violated that rule and work with Danny Phantom to take out the Ghost Writer.
- He does show some love towards his girlfriend, Ember McLain working hard to try and haunt Danny down in order to impress her.
- He has had some standards when the Box Ghost steal Pandora's box he called him out by saying "Not Wise!" just because the Box Ghost wanted to become a threat for once.
- He is a scapegoat in "The Ultimate Enemy", he and Nicolai Technus where crippled by Dark Danny that they need to combine their battlesuit so they have a chance fighting him.
- He is also loyal to Vlad Plasmius as he teams up with him when he needs his assistant and doesn't betray him/ doesn't think of betraying him.
