His Evil Ranking[]
His Villainous Deeds[]
Past[]
- Saki resented Yoshi's leadership and aspired to usurp him, taking control of the clan for himself.
- He pinned the back of Hamato Yoshi’s dogi to the wall with a knife so that he couldn’t bow before a visiting master sensei, which was seen as an insult. When Yoshi removed the knife, the sensei was again insulted, believing that he was drawing the blade in an attempt to kill him. Yoshi was subsequently banished from the Foot Clan, allowing Saki to take over and transform it into an army of crime.
- He followed Yoshi to New York City, intending to finish him off once and for all.
- He struck a deal with Krang and he would gain access to a wide array of advanced technologies (including the Technodrome and a massive robotized army of Foot Soldiers) in exchange for building Krang a new body.
- He found Yoshi in the New York City sewer system and dumped a chemical mutagen down the drain in the hopes that it would poison him. Instead, it mutated him.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987)[]
- He began a crime wave throughout New York City, having his Foot Soldiers and other hired thugs steal advanced technology for him. He also created a faux security service team from his Foot Soldiers, who would then rob the buildings they were supposed to guard.
- He even avoids having to give Krang a body.
- He sent some of his thugs to silence April O’Neil after she began investigating this crime wave.
- After that fails, he sends his Foot Soldiers to kidnap her.
- He tried flooding the building that April and the Turtles were in.
- He sent two Roadkill Rodney robots to steal a rhinoceros and warthog from a local zoo, using his mutagen to transform Bebop and Rocksteady into mutants.
- He had one of his robots capture Splinter, using him as bait in the hopes that it would lure the Turtles to the Technodrome, where they would face Shredder himself.
- He told the turtles that he was responsible for their creation and then asked them to join him.
- He hires Baxter Stockman to create an army of robots called Mousers, a rat-catching device that Stockman originally intended to sell to a pest control company before they rejected his invention.
- He successfully captured Michelangelo and cornered the rest of the Turtles with the Mousers.
- He uses the Techondrome’s dimensional portal to try and get more weapons from Dimension X, but instead got the Neutrinos, a group of bratty Dimension X teenagers, along with some of Krang's rock soldiers who were pursuing them.
- Shredder eventrually decideds to build a body for Krang.
- He sent a message to the Turtles, telling them that the ray was the only means of restoring Splinter to human form.
- He creates a ray gun that could reverse the effects of the Mutagen, intending to use it to undo the Turtles' mutation, transforming them back into ordinary pet shop turtles, robbing them of all of their humanoid abilities, and then turn them into Turtle Soup to eat.
- He takes over a dojo and created the Crooked Ninja Turtle Gang, which he used to frame the Ninja Turtles.
- Shredder gives Baxter to Krang in exchange for Bebop and Rocksteady.
- He eavesdropped on the Turtles and found out about three alien objects that had crash landed on Earth called the Three Fragments of the Eye of Sarnoth, which could grant its wielder great power when the three pieces were united.
- He found one fragment and shrinks multiple buildings and people, using it to shrink the Turtles, capture them, and nearly finish them off.
- He finds all the pieces, attaching them to his helmet to use its power.
- He managed to obtain the energy needed to bring the Technodrome back to Earth.
- He blew up the Channel 6 building, which would cause April to become a free-lance reporter and a disgraceful Burne Thompson to blame this on the Turtles, which also sparks an worldwide outrage against Burne Thompson demanding to called off his vendetta on the turtles.
- He and Krang manage to subdue the Turtles, allowing Dregg to place them in a machine that would drain their life force, along with their ninja skills.
- Turns on Lord Dregg alongside Krang and force him onto one of the operating tables, taking Mung hostage in the process, even though he rescued them from Dimension X after their latest defeat at the hands of the Ninja Turtles. Even though Dregg had planned to drain Shredder and Krang all along, neither Shredder or Krang were aware of this, meaning it was a very ungrateful move from both of them.
Turtles Forever (2009)[]
- He and Krang are both responsible for the events of the film by, after arriving at the reality of the 2003 cartoon with the Technodrome, tracking down and defrosting the imprisoned Utrom Shredder from his exile, allowing the Utrom Shredder to start a scheme to wipe out the whole Multiverse in an attempt to finally get rid of all Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in existence.
- Before the Utrom Shredder takes over the Technodrome, He consider him too insane and knock him out. He was going to allow Krang expressing interest in dissecting the Shredder's Utrom counterpart alive (though as cruel as it sounds, it's not like the Utrom Shredder didn't deserve it for being an atrocious Pure Evil criminal).
- Though both Krang and the Shredder side with both the Ninja Turtles from their universe and with the 2003 cartoon's Turtles, Splinter and Karai, they only do so to save the Multiverse because if it were erased, they would all die. Following the Utrom Shredder's presumed final defeat at Turtle Prime (the original Mirage Comics universe), Krang and the Shredder go back to the Technodrome assuring that their temporal alliance is over.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012)[]
- He hires 2012 Bebop and Rocksteady to capture the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and then tries to destroy the 2012 cartoon's reality with his Technodrome.
- He and Krang unleash the Technodrome on New York and rampage through the city.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- He fails the heinous standard to Krang and Lord Dregg, who both have done worse. He also massively fails the heinous stanards of the 2012 and 2003 series' (due to crossing over to these universes) since trying to destroy the world is no longer a special crime here. Resources don't help him as he (alongside Krang) had alien technology and armies serving them.
- Similar to Krang, he is given too many comedic moments and isn't always taken seriously at times.
- Even 2012 Bebop and Rocksteady note that he appears more clueless than them, and those two were more professional than their 80s counterparts.
- He respected 2012 Bebop and Rocksteady for their work before they betrayed him.
- Despite how much he and Krang's feud, they do occasionally shown they care for each other. In Season 10, he donates some of his life energy to save a dying Krang.
- The episode, Shredderville shows a reality where the Shredder took over the world, and despite not sharing power with Krang, Shredder still allows Krang to live freely in relative luxury in the Technodrome. Whilst this was a dream, the fact that all the Turtles had it, implies that it was prophetic and further showcases that the two villains aren't willing to kill the other.
- He is On & Off, as he does help the heroes to stop the Utrom Shredder from destroying the whole Multiverse in "Turtles Forever". Even if he may have just done so to save his own life, Shredder didn't try to betray the heroes even once and assisted them as much as possible until they got rid of the Utrom Shredder, showing he has standards.
