~ Shin Godzilla to a fallen Triangle

Godzilla or Shin Godzilla is a major antagonist of Blunt Brothers Productions series Triangle vs. Monkey.

His Evil Ranking[]

In General[]

  • Unlike the original Shin Godzilla where he is just simple minded animal with an tragic backstory and described as a force of nature. This version lacks those traits as he is intelligent and directly malevolent meaning he has a moral agency.
  • Unlike most villains in the series he has an actual goal, and characterization as most of the villains suffer from "kill the heroes" villainy too badly.

His Villainous Deeds[]

  • Attacked Tokyo and rampaged in it, likely causing some deaths and the same crimes like his original counterpart did.
  • Attempted to kill Triangle, Monkey, and Noodle Neck.
  • Stated he was gonna take over his world once he is done with killing Triangle, Monkey and Noodle Neck.
  • During his battle with Triangle across many worlds he ended up indirectly killing random people or damaging places such as the trashing Shiganshina District from Attack on Titan world where destroyed some buildings or accidentally crushing Wolverine to death with Router landing on him in his fight with Triangle.
  • When Triangle asked for a time out, he not only disrespected it but called him a massive wussy.
  • When Triangle spared him he rejected his attempt of sparing him trying to kill him only to be killed instead.
  • Despite the comedic nature of the series, he is taken completely seriously, any comedic moments he is in was caused by Triangle and Monkey's doing and usually they get treated as a joke in those moments not him, thus doesn't undermine him as a threat. He also lacks any redeeming qualities as well.

Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]

  • While he does pass the base-line for having an actual goal, characterization that most of the series villains suffer from, causing destruction, and damage in multiple universes. and killing some people onscreen during his fight with Triangle making him stand out from most of other series' villains, who compared to him who did bog-standard crimes of simply trying to kill Triangle, Monkey and Noodle Neck. Even though it may be very unfair to compare him to Mecha Kong or the Developer who had a lot more resources than him. He still massively fails the high Heinous Standards of the Triangle vs. Monkey regardless.
    • All of his other worst actions are "Kill the Heroes" villainy and it is unknown what would his plans be once he killed Triangle, Monkey and Noodle Neck aside from taking over the world making him suffer from "fridge horror" badly that prevent him from being IH or NPE but not badly enough to completely disqualify him of Benchmark either since every other villain in the series (Besides Mecha Kong, Mecha Triangle, the Developer, Arkadi Ivanov and the Crimson Hunter) are all bog-standard compared to him.
    • Some of his kills were offscreen and it wasn’t confirmed how many people were killed in causing destruction as most locations they went to show zero people in the background (Though the likely reason is Blunt Brothers Productions did it so he wouldn't have too animate extra characters) thus it is unknown making him suffer from fridge horror as another reason not being able to qualify as NPE or IH.
  • While most of the comedic moments he is in don't treat him as a joke, there was a comedic scene when fighting Triangle, they both end slapping each other silly.

Trivia[]

  • While he may be Villainous Benchmark right now, he is implied to still be alive hinted at the end of Season 3 so if true and he returns in a future season his position here could change.
  • If the Heinous Standard of the Triangle vs. Monkey were much lower, if there was extra context what he gonna do when he takes over the world after killing the heroes or if some deaths were shown onscreen from the destruction he caused, he would been either IH or NPE but still got a few comedic moments that detract him that stop him from being PE.
  • Ironically the original Shin Godzilla used to Benchmark believing he suffers from fridge-horror too much until it was pointed out it wasn't and was voted IH.
