His Evil Ranking[]

His Villainous Deeds[]

  • Lived as a terrorist, leading several bombings including a tragic one in New Zealand that lead to the deaths of two adults and seven children.
  • Even through the deaths were accidental, he doesn't feel remorse about it, saying people have to die for his cause and blaming the kids' father for setting the birthday here.
  • Kidnapped and assassinated Thomas Cross at his son's funeral.
  • Scorns and dislikes the new team the Shadow Client (Lucas Grey) gave him, even planning to kill Maya Parvati if her ego would keep upsetting him.
  • Was planning to assassinate Providence operative Simon Devereaux with an explosive watch.
  • While Providence, his targets, are bad people, the Private Millitia and the ICA aren't better, as it seems nobody is good in Hitman.
  • Overall, Rose would be able to kill anybody including children in his path, all for the cause he is fighting for.

Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]

  • He is a delusional but geniune extremist, carrying for the cause he is supporting and is somewhat tragic, since he believed the marxist ideas he learned in the country he grew up and has a harsh past.
  • He seems to care about his girlfriend Alma Reynard.
  • He has a comedic moment where he has an OCD breakdown after smoking hallucinogens.
  • He fails the Hitman heinous standards compared to villains like Craig Black, Brother Akram, or Claus Strandberg who attempted populicide or assassins like Etta Davis or LaSandra Dixon who mudered dozens to hundred, while Rose killed only 10 people, even if they were included to be children.

Trivia[]

  • He was originally approved as Near Pure Evil, where people used to think he was heinous enough to pass the heinous standards through his murder of children.
