Satsuki Kiryūan is one of the two deuteragonists (alongside Senketsu) of the anime/manga series Kill la Kill.
She is the president of Honnoji Academy's Council, the eldest daughter and second arch-nemeses of Ragyō Kiryūin, and the arch-rival of Ryūko Matoi, later revealed as his biological young sister. While her intentions were in fact noble, her extreme methods and actions cement her as a cruel villainess and ruthless dictator.
She is voiced by Ryoka Yakazuki in Japanese and Carrie Keranen in English.

In General[]
- Even though she has good intentions her actions are from the best.
- She does have some comedic moments but they don't detract her since any detracting ones were after her redemption.
Kill la Kill[]
- She would have the academy hell bent on having Ryuko Maoi weeded out to eliminate the weak students.
- She invaded multiple academies out of conquest, resulting in innocent people dying.
Why Doesn't She Stand Out?[]
- While her crimes pass the general baseline, some of them were under her Ragyō Kiryūin's orders making her fail the heinous standards of Kill la Kill.
- Due to her being unaware of her mother's true intentions and opposed her once she learned of it, any of her acts that end up helping Ragyo are all unintentionally heinous.
- She is too tragic and sympathetic for Near Pure Evil due to her being used as a experiment and later sexually abused by her mother.
- She is an Anti-Villain and an Extremist who done her acts to oppose her mother's plans.
- Once she ends up finding out Ryuko is her long lost sister she would start to care for her.
- She redeems herself to help her sister against her mother's plans.

- She is so far the only Kill la Kill Villainous Benchmark and only one to be Inconsistently Admirable too.
