Saleer is a minor antagonist within The Dragon Prince TV series and one of the royal advisors to the king. He only had a significant role in season 3, where he betrayed Ezran for Viren when the latter refuse to go to war. He helps Prince Kasef to talk to Viren and help both of them in their war effort towards Xadia.
He is voiced by Jonathan Holmes.

- In the novelization of Book 2, it's revealed he was the only member of Katolis' High Council who didn't charge Viren for treason, as he believed Viren would help in making shortcuts to his problems.
- He betrayed Ezran and helped Viren rise to power.
- He supported Kasef's anti-Xadian sentiment and proposed him to have a conversation with Viren.
- Even when Viren is doing his worse actions like turning their army into corrupt monsters, Saleer still remain at Viren's side. In a way, this suggest that he has no problem with Viren's actions and trying to commit genocide.
Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- Saleer has no goal for himself besides conspiring with Viren and Kasef to go to war on Xadia, leading him to failed the high heinous standards of the series especially to Viren, Kasef, and Claudia, who committed far worse crimes than him.
- Even after his treachery, Saleer was shown to be affable.
