Sailor Galaxia is the overreaching protagonist and secondary antagonist of the Sailor Moon 90's Anime final season Sailor Moon Sailor Stars. She is originally a heroic sailor senshi corrupted by Chaos when she sealed the entity inside her and end up becoming a vessel for her evil acts.

Her Villainous Deeds[]
- She took over nearly the entire Milky Way Galaxy and rendered multiple planets lifeless
- A flashback of Kimnoku's destruction was shown so this saves her acts from suffering from offscreen villainy and fridge-horror.
- She killed Tuxedo Mask when he was on his way for America to college by attacking the plane he is on and took his Star Seed. She later taunts Sailor Moon about it to spite her.
- She sent the Sailor Animates into retrieve Sailor Senshi Star Seeds which endangered people and had them turned into phages, including Rei's cousins.
- When the Sailor Animated failed too many times, she killed Sailor Iron Mouse, Sailor Aluminum Siren while letting Sailor Lead Crow and Sailor Tin Nyanko to die by the Senshi and Starlights without care.
- She took many Sailor Senshi Star Seeds offscreen and attempted to take all of the humans on Earth as well, it is not fridge-horror as the Star Seeds she collected are shown and she is shown attempting to take many humans Star Seeds on Earth as many humans drop as their Star Seeds are removed dead onscreen.
- She kills the Inner Senshi and take their Star Seeds while laughing out of sadism.
- Forced Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune to kill Sailor Pluto and Sailor Saturn to prove their loyalty. Then attempted to have them kill Sailor Moon, Chibi Chibi and the Sailor Starlights, when she discovered their ruse she killed them by removing their bracelets.
- In the final battle, she attempted to kill Sailor Moon and take her Sailor Crystal while she killed Chibi Chibi an child.
Why She Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- While she easily passes the baseline and technically passes the heinous standard of the anime, all her actions are under Chaos’ brainwashing and corruption, meaning her heinous acts are an extension of Chaos’ heinousness which and got too many severe unique preventions to be PE, NPE or even IH.
- She is tragic was a genuine and selfless heroic noble individual who got corrupted by Chaos when attempting to seal her away backfired and become a vessel to cause destruction, because of it makes her an villain by proxy so this prevent her from being PE or NPE.
- Because her Star Seed (Soul of an Sailor Senshi) was ejected out of to prevent Chaos from corrupting it which allowed Chaos to take control of her body since it is technically Chaos' doing not hers, thus makes all of her actions unintentionally heinous and her an scapegoat since it wasn't even her in control of her body which stops her from qualifying as being an IH since this makes her fails the heinous standard to Chaos because of it.
- This also means have her suffer from severe moral agency issues due to being under Chaos’ control because of it all of her thoughts and actions were influenced. After she was freed she felt remorse for the crimes she committed and made up for them by returning all the stolen Star Seeds from the various worlds she taken from earlier to restore them.

- Her Manga & Crystal can't qualify as her heinous actions were more willingly as she served Chaos under her free will meaning she is not unintentionally heinous unlike Anime Sailor Galaxia.
