Rinkus and Sierra are the main antagonists of The Land Before Time VII: The Stone of Cold Fire. They are Pterano's former henchmen.

Their Villainous Deeds[]
- They helped Pterano in his underhanded goal of taking over the Great Valley via the Stone of Cold Fire.
- Sierra is the one who spots, reports to Pterano, and kidnaps Ducky.
- They abused Ducky throughout the journey.
- They grabbed a hold of Pterano to chase the Gang of Five.
- They planned to have the Gang of Five fed to the Sharpteeth after they take over the Great Valley.
- Rinkus attempts to kill Pterano twice during a rainstorm, only stopping due to Rinkus restraining him and convincing Sierra to let Pterano lead them to the Stone so they can betray him.
- Rinkus overthrows Pterano to take the Stone's supposed power for himself.
- Sierra holds no care for Rinkus, as Sierra chuckles when he is hit by Pterano. He is also never indicated to want to share the stones power with Rinkus.
- While they may seem too comedic to be PE or NPE, that is only to pretend they are submissive to Pterano. Once they betray, him, their comedic moments are subverted.
Why They Don't Stand Out?[]
- They suffer from Fridge Horror, as besides stating they will feed the Gang of Five to the Sharpteeth, it's unclear how bad they intended their rule to be. Because of this, they massively fail the heinous standards to Ozzy who constantly attempted to kill nine individuals, attempted infanticide mass child murder, and constantly abused his brother.
- Not only that, but they have the resources to do worse than what Ozzy did considering that they can trick their boss into helping them get what they want, yet they only attempt to kill six people, all of which were their heroic opposition.
- Plus, they don't abuse each other and never did they attempt to kill babies.
- While they pass the baseline by attempting to feed the Gang of Five to the Sharpteeth (which is mass child murder) and killing their own boss, this is nothing unique compared to what the aforementioned Inconsistently Heinous did.
Trivia[]
- If their intended rule over the Great Valley had more context and confirmed that they would want to kill more dinosaurs or even endanger them, this would possibly make them more heinous and make them NPE or PE, assuming that they may or may not fail the Ozzy (or if at all, too much).
