Riley Stewardson is a supporting antagonist in season 2 of All For Luz, serving as one of the secondary antagonists (alongside Millie Ravenclaw and Jonah Smith) of the Summer Break Shenanigans and Death to Normality arcs. She is a teenaged assassin of The Wittebane Mega Church, as well as Luz's paternal cousin.
Her Evil Ranking[]
Her Villainous Deeds[]
- Has carried out a number of assassinations for Tyler Wittebane for large sums of money.
- Despite her internal conflict about her target All For One being her little cousin, Luz Noceda, she ultimately she decides to go through trying to kill her for the $10 million bounty on her head.
- She's too much of a coward to do the right thing and try warning and protecting Luz and Camila about the threat to their lives.
- Luz was seconds away from peacefully surrendering to the police when she makes her move to assassinate her via blowing her to bits. Luz only survives thanks to her Super Regeneration and newly required Multiplier Quirks and the near-death experience was painful and traumatic.
Why She Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- She hasn't succeeded in killing anyone onscreen and doesn't take pleasure in causing death.
- Has a sympathetic backstory. Raised in an abusive household, Riley wanted to escape her parents but she never thought she'd be able to due to being financially dependent on them. The day she awakened her Bomb Touch Quirk was while she having a fight with her abusive father and accidently blew him into bloody chunks, losing her right eye in the explosion. The next day, she was then kicked out of her house crying by her mother for that, not believing he abused her. After a while of couch surfing, Riley was taken in by the Wittebane Mega Church, and turned her into their personal assassin. She didn't see any other option than homelessness or ending up dead in a ditch by their hands.
- She apparently was a good sister to her little brother Steve as the latter was upset when their mother cut Riley out of their lives.
- Riley is disgusted by the Wittebanes' brainwashed bigotry towards LGBT, ethnic minorities and Quirk users and the morally bankrupt cops in Gravesfield led by Sheriff Johnson. She also sees Jonah as a monster and is disgusted by his sadism and only puts up with him because they have the same boss.
- Riley is shown to be on good terms with Luz before she discovered she was her next target and became distraught. While Riley knows that betraying Luz is wrong, she honestly believes her cousin was going to be killed either way by the Wittebane's other more psychopathic assassins along with her for failing the hit.
- Riley has a brief moment of shock and regret when she believes has succeeded in murdering Luz.
- Riley admits she made good friends with her superhuman assassin colleagues (sans Jonah), like Millie, Charlie and Sophia.
- She views the deaths of the cops at an enraged Luz's hands to be a tragic waste of human lives.
- Riley regrets betraying Luz and extension Camila, the latter of whom is killed by another hitman. Drowning in her own guilt of betraying her paternal relatives, Riley breaks down into tears of remorse.
- In her last moments before Luz kills her and steals her Quirk, she tries to apologise to Luz for betraying her and explain her actions.
