Mr. Riles Rected is the guidence counsler for Jerome Horwitz Elementary School and a minor antagonist in the Captain Underpants book series.

Mr. Rected is the guidance counselor at Jerome Horwitz Elementary School who, like the the other teachers, is sadistic and abusive such as one time he trip a boy over on a staircase, which seriously hurt the boy.

Why Is He Villainous?

• He sadistically tortures and endangers children for fun, not even considering the consequences of those actions.
• He is seen sadistically laughing with Mr. Meaner when he tripped the boy on the stairs, which seriously hurt the boy.
• He illegally streaked across Jerome Horwitz Elementary School, believing himself to be in a dream. When the police officers came, he resisted arrest until he was finally arrested.
• He and the faculty members take full advantage of Mr. Meaner's spray that brainwashes students into mindless servants who abuse them by enslaving them into cleaning their cars and mowing their laws.
• By Book 12, he receives no karmic punishment for his abusive behavior throughout the book series.

Why Doesn't He Stand Out?

• Despite not having any redeeming qualities, he is too comedic to be considered NPE, or PE, since he belongs to the Captain Underpants books, a series of graphic novels that rarely if ever take themselves seriously.
• He fails the heinous standard to Turbo Toilet 2000, Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy Tinkletrousers, Dr. Diaper, Zorx, Klax & Jennifer and especially Evil George Beard and Evil Harold Hutchins, as they have done much worse.
• He and the teachers have some sort of friendship and they get along very well.

Trivia

• His TV series and movie counterpart cannot count as Villainous Benchmark, since those versions are not evil and the former has redeeming qualities.
