Otto is a supporting antagonist in the AMC series Into the Badlands.
He is the Regent of Juliet Chau, serving her in the war against the Widow for control over the Badlands. His main task in the series is helping Chau to pay off her debt to Pilgrim, whom she ends up being indebted to after a failed assassination attempt against him. To pay this debt back to Pilgrim, Otto leads a mission to kidnap war refugees and deliver them as workers to Pilgrim.
He was portrayed by Wayne Gordon.

His Villainous Deeds[]
- He serves as the Regent for Baron Chau, one of the most cruel and brutal Barons in all of the Badlands, and undoubtably has killed several people on her orders. He later attempts to kill her brother Gaius Chau during his and the Widow's invasion of her territory.
- When Chau becomes indebted to Pilgrim, she has Otto round up people from a war refugee camp in order to deliver to Pilgrim as workers in order to pay off her debt.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- His crimes do not meet the heinous standards, as while he follows orders without question, he doesn't show sadism in his actions in the way villains such as Chau or Magnus do, and he doesn't kill nearly enough people to be among the likes of Quinn or Pilgrim.
- He shows respect for Castor after he falls in battle and is captured by the Widow, even giving his condolences to Pilgrim afterwards.
