Norman Hill, nicknamed The Road Warrior, is a major antagonist from the crime-drama TV series Criminal Minds. He is a delusional thrill killer who appears as the main antagonist of the Season 4 episode Normal.

Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- Despite passing the baseline for several murders, which included familicide, he still fails the heinous standard to killers with more kills and more attempted kills.
- He deeply loved his daughter, Jenny, who was ran over by a car in a freeway.
- His deep insecurity of not felling adequate as a man is a major part of his sympathy.
- Upon realizing he killed his family; he busted out crying and felt extreme remorse.
