Norman Hill, nicknamed The Road Warrior, is a major antagonist from the crime-drama TV series Criminal Minds. He is a delusional thrill killer who appears as the main antagonist of the Season 4 episode Normal.

He was portrayed by Mitch Pileggi.

  • Getting angry at a woman named Judith insulting him about his manly nature, he shot her and made her car flip and crash.
  • Killed his wife and both of his daughters with a sawed-off shotgun.
  • Shot and killed Linda Schier and Marilyn Cohen.
  • He intended to massacre his workplace before relenting.
  • Got into a shootout where he attempted to shoot multiple officers.

Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]

  • Despite passing the baseline for several murders, which included familicide, he still fails the heinous standard to killers with more kills and more attempted kills.
  • He deeply loved his daughter, Jenny, who was ran over by a car in a freeway.
  • His deep insecurity of not felling adequate as a man is a major part of his sympathy.
  • Upon realizing he killed his family; he busted out crying and felt extreme remorse.
