Norm's Boss is the overarching antagonist of the We Bare Bears episode "Ranger Norm". He is the boss of Norm, a golf course planner who seeks to destroy the forest and build a golf course in its place.

• He gives Norm permission to start the demolition of the forest when asked if he should start, saying that gold courses don't build themselves.
• When Norm asks his boss whether if destroying the forest is legal, the latter brushes it off as "we're rich, everything is legal" and Norm sadistically agrees.
• He orders Norm to illegally destroy the forest, resulting in him chasing down the Bears on his bulldozer and trying to kill them after they discover his true nature. This also pushed Norm to attempt to kill the Bears, Ranger Tabes, and the Ranger Con Rangers by threatening to self-destruct his bulldozer and take the entire forest with him, and if Ranger Martinez didn't arrive in time with Norm's golf equipment from the Ranger Station and allow Ice Bear to knock a golf ball into Norm's face and knock him out, Norm likely would have blown up the vehicle and killed them all, making Norm's Boss responsible for the events of the climax and some of Norm's villainous actions.

Why Doesn't He Stand Out?

• Whilst giving Norm permission to destroy the forest with a bulldozer is enough to pass the baseline, all he does is have Norm start demolishing the forest which makes him fail the in-universe heinous standard.
  • It is unknown if he has any other resources besides Norm and his bulldozer.
• While Agent Trout is not a fair comparison due to possessing much higher resources in the form of an entire prison and army of guards as well as the assistance of a police officer, he still fails the heinous standards to Ralph, who with less resources in the form of himself attempted to send five people falling off a cliff to their deaths in a rather unique and brutal way to kill someone.
• He suffers from insufficient characterization, as he only briefly appears on Norm's phone during their phone conversation and is never seen again for the rest of the episode.
