He is voiced by Kaiji Tang, who also voiced Archer in Fate/stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works, Santana in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Battle Tendency, Lee Chaolan in Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and Armored Gorilla in One-Punch Man.
His Evil Ranking[]
His Villainous Deeds[]
- Before becoming a villain, he has exhibited erratic and aggressive behavior like unreasonably attacking Raiden, Kung Lao, and Madam Bo at the tea house, and even manipulated his brothers to get involved with this. He then attacks Johnny Cage for no reason after he, Liu Kang, and Scorpion arrived at his house and not to mention, he broke Johnny Cage's Hichuli in the process, which is property damage. He even was a huge jerk to Smoke for not being his and Scorpion's blood brother, and even said the most heinous things about his own father.
- When he got unhandcuffed by Shang Tsung, he betrayed his brothers and revealed the truth about his father, letting him die and saying heartless things about him. He even lied about trying to save him, which emotionally horrifies Scorpion.
- He viciously scars Kuai Liang's face with a deadly ice dagger when the latter refuses to aid his treachery against Earthrealm.
- In his ending, he corrupts the Lin Kuei and plans on building the cyber Lin Kuei against the Shirai Ryu.
- After finding out that Kuai Liang is having a wedding, he planned on invading and ruining it, in which it succeeded.
- His loyalty to Sektor appears rooted in fanaticism, indicating their bond is centered on mutual usefulness for advancing the Lin Kuei's goals and expanding their individual power. It's likely he's exploiting Sektor as a tool to further his own ambitions.
- While he endures intense pain during his transformation into Noob Saibot by Titan Havik's needles, his lingering sensitivity aims to evoke sympathy. However, he ultimately fails to garner empathy, as his character is complex and morally ambiguous. He begins to like the Noob Saibot form, declaring in intro dialogues that he is "perfected by chaos." This acceptance of chaos contributes to his serious demeanor and lack of sympathetic qualities, reinforcing his role as a formidable character rather than a pitiable one.
- Upon becoming Noob Saibot, his inherent desire for chaos and anarchy remained unwavering, even when he turned against his former master, Titan Havik.
- When he was cured from Titan Havik's spell, he offered Liu Kang no words of appreciation or gratitude.
- While he accurately labeled Titan Havik a hypocrite, his criticism of him is only for prioritizing self-interest, rather than genuine concern for others or any moral standards.
- His assistance in defeating Titan Havik was driven solely by pragmatic reasons and self-interest. He rejected Liu Kang's offers and attacked him without provocation, stating that it was "none of his concern" if innocent people die alongside Titan Havik. Furthermore, as revealed in his ending, Noob Saibot opted to retain the form bestowed upon him by Titan Havik, utilizing his newfound powers and chaos solely to advance the interests of the Lin Kuei.
- In his versus dialogues against Baraka, Bi-Han has not only expressed disdain for Tarkatans, but has advocated their genocide and extinction.
- Despite being resurrected as a malevolent wraith by Titan Havik, he possesses a clear moral agency. He embraces his evil nature and takes pride in it; being a chaos wraith not only fulfills him but also grants him the power to attempt to corrupt the Lin Kuei.
- He is devoid of redeeming qualities, possessing no tragic backstory, loyalty, or honor to mitigate his actions. Instead, he displays a complete lack of remorse for his heinous crimes, even going so far as to say that he's done absolutely nothing wrong.
Why He Doesn't Stand Out[]
- Despite all the heinous acts he committed, he massively fails the heinous standards to other villains like Shang Tsung, Shao Kahn, Shinnok, Quan Chi, and Kronika.
