| ~ Negative Numbuh 4 planning to take over the Posiverse |
Eeballaw Selteeb (better known by his codename Negative Numbuh 4) is the main antagonist of the Codename: Kids Next Door episode "Operation: P.O.O.L."
He is Wallabee Beetles' Negaverse counterpart and the founder and former supreme leader of the Destructively Nefarious Kids who despises children and aims to enslave all of them despite being one himself. Unlike Wallabee, Eeballaw has a black goatee of which he is very proud, and also has red outlines around his eyes.
He was voiced by Dee Bradley Baker, who also voiced his positive counterpart.

His Villainous Deeds[]
- He founded the DNK to start a tyrannical oppression against children who weren't part of his organization. As part of this tyrannical rule, these children were forced to work all day while the adults got to have fun and behave like spoiled brats.
- It is implied that he forced his soldiers to do whatever he wants and act like he wants them to do, leading some of them to not express what they wanted (for example, Negative Numbuh 86 was actually more feminine but had to hide it in front of him).
- He banished anyone who displeased him to his Broccoli Mines, where they had to dig broccoli out with their own hands.
- He planned to conquer the Posiverse and enslave its children as well by building an interdimensional portal in a pool.
- He sent Negative Numbuhs 1, 2, 3 and 5 and Eizzil to capture the mainstream versions and replace them in the mainstream universe to help him take over that dimension.
- He threatened to banish Eizzil to the Broccoli Mines for allowing Numbuh 1 and Lizzie to escape, even though it was also Negative Numbuh 1's fault, likely out of cruelty.
- He had Numbuhs 1, 2, 3, and 5 and Lizzie tortured. While this happened offscreen, they are shown roughed up afterwards and are heard screaming offscreen.
- He threatened to have Lizzie and Sector V fight each other until only one remained, with the winner becoming his new bodyguard and the rest being banished to the Broccoli Mines. He later decides to send them all to the mines just because they mocked his goatee.
- After Numbuh 4 came to the Negaverse and foiled his plans by exposing him as a coward, he ordered his henchmen to fire upon Numbuh 4. When they refused to serve him any further, he ordered Negative Numbuhs 1, 2, 3, and 5 to attack.
- When his former teammates made fun of his goatee, he jumped into the pool with the intentions of taking over the Posiverse for himself.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- He fails the Heinous Standard to Father (who attempted to bake all children into a cake), Grandfather (who turned the world into an aged dystopia), and Madame Margaret (who created a misandrist dystopia that forcefully girlified boys, and relies too much on Fridge Horror herself).
- He has many comedic moments, like when he is mocked for his goatee, and how Eizzil defeats him by kicking him back to his dimension.
- He also suffers from Fridge Horror too much to rank any higher, as his slavery and torture are mostly censored and/or not shown to have any death or serious injury.
Trivia[]
- He was originally approved as Inconsistently Heinous, but it was pointed out his crimes relied on Fridge Horror, so he was removed and he now has a page on this wiki.
