Naughus is the overarching antagonist of Sonic SatAm, serving as the central antagonist in the episode "The Void" and the unseen closing antagonist of "The Doomsday Project".
He was voiced by Michael Bell, who also voiced Grogar in MLP 'n Friends.

His Villainous Deeds[]
- When he discover the Void, an alternative crystal dimension full of crystals. He later collaborated with Dr. Robotnik and Snively, who created a portal for him into the Void.
- One day he decide to head through the Void by a portal and order Dr. Robotnik to retrieve him out of the Void in one hour.
- He turns Robotnik head into various animals, including a crow when warning Robotnik to not betray him. (Though to be fair he was right once Robotnik sealed him inside the Void, Robotnik said "Do not trust anyone especially me")
- He open a portal into the Void in the middle of the Great Unknown which nearly put Sonic inside the Void had it not been for his speed.
- He planned to pull Sonic into the Void with the hedgehog artifacts that he picked up. Unfortunately for him Sonic left the artifacts wtih Sally Acorn and Bunnie Rabbot.
- He froze Sally Acorn and Bunnie Rabbot so Sonic can rescue his friends.
- He took a form of a sick King Acorn and lured the heroes in his palace which lead to Sonic getting him out of the Void.
- He crystallized Sonic up to his neck so he could use the hedgehog to force Robotnik to come to him.
- He forced Dr. Robotnik to meet him for revenge on Dr. Robotnik betraying him. He turned Dr. Robotnik’s head into a slug followed by a monkey, a cow and finally a pig and then implicitly tried to kill him. (Though Robotnik deserved it)
Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- While he crosses the general baseline by freezing Sally Acorn and Bunnie Rabbot, he still massively fails the high heinous standard compared to Dr. Robotnik (who roboticises countless Mobians and tried to destroy all life on Mobius), Snively (who assists Robotnik with his crimes and has some of his own) and the Nasty Hyenas (who are cannibals who have successfully killed and eaten numerous other Mobians), who all did far worse crimes than he ever did.
- He is affable to Sonic, as he released Sonic and told him to get into the Void and rescue his friends even though it had no benefit to his plans. He even told him that he will team up with him to get rid of Dr. Robotnik.
- While it was for pragmatic reason since he was mad that Dr. Robotnik betrayed him he teams up with Sonic the hedgehog to get rid of Dr. Robotnik but happens to be in the Great Unknown making him On and Off.
- He is also affable towards King Acorn, as he show concern when he and King Acorn are starting to get crystallized which makes him and King Acorn return to the Void to not get crystallized, bringing the King with him to save him without any pragmatic reasons.
Trivia[]
- Had the show continued for a third season Naugus might not have remained a Villainous Benchmark, since he would’ve been the main antagonist and team up alongside Snively and Dr. Robotnik to fight against the Freedom Fighters.
