Nancy Jeffy, simply known as Nancy, is the overarching antagonist in the SML YouTube series, serving as the main antagonist of "Jeffy's Parents," "Jeffy's 18th Birthday" and its sequels "Jeffy's 19th Birthday!" and "Jeffy's 20th Birthday!".
She is an abusive and alcoholic prostitute who is Jeffy's biological mother. She abandoned her oldest son, Jeffy with Mario because she hated him for unknown reasons (possibly due to Jeffy's father not giving her any money). After realizing Jeffy's 18th birthday is coming, she teams up with Screwball in an attempt to kidnap him and get his money.
She was voiced by Chris Netherton, who also voiced Does Bad Things Guy in the series.

- She is a horrible mother to her children, not caring about them and only herself.
- Her smoking and drinking habits and abuse on Jeffy make her the reason why Jeffy is mentally disabled and makes bad decisions at times.
- When Jacques Pierre François tried to ask her for directions to the airport, she drugged and raped him to give birth to Jeffy and also stole money from him. She also had her drug dealer friend CJ to take advantage with her daughter in exchange for drugs.
- Nancy hit Jeffy's head with a bottle when he was a baby because she was mad at how much noise his toy was making.
- She destroyed a toy bouncy ball just because Jeffy and Feebee accidentally broke the TV. Then she locked them in a cage for three days.
- She would lock her children in a cage if they made her mad.
- She burnt Feebee’s hand with her cigarette just because she said she didn’t want to eat green beans. While Jeffy says he made it up, this is not true because Feebee's hand remains burnt in scenes afterwards which shows it really happened. The likely reason why Jeffy lied about making it up is because he knows Marvin won't believe him.
- She threw away Jeffy's cupcake on his seventh birthday just because he wanted to share the cupcake with his sister.
- She left her kids unsupervised which resulted in CJ entering the house and attempting to torment Feebee again so Jeffy had to defend her.
- She sadistically beat Jeffy with a belt even though he just tried to defend Feebee.
- In "Jeffy's Sister Returns!", when Jeffy asks if she can teach him and Feebee to ride a bike, she just tell them teach themselves how to do it. She then took Feebee's helmet and use it as an ashtray, which caused her death after she got run over by a truck. This also caused Jeffy to be permanently traumatized.
- At some time before "Mario the Babysitter/Jeffy!", she abandoned Jeffy on the streets, calling him ugly, stupid and a waste of time. This would lead him to be adopted by Mario and Rosalina.
- She returns in "Jeffy's Parents!" as she tried to make Jeffy come with her to get his father's inheritance after he supposedly committed suicide. When he refused, she beats him and refuses to feed him when he says he was hungry. She also spit on Mario to make him pay a dollar.
- When Jeffy briefly escapes from her and went back to Mario's house, she goes to the house and starts beating him again before getting arrested by Does Bad Things Guy.
- In "Jeffy's 17th Birthday!", she broke out of prison and tried to claim Jeffy's inheritance again, and also knocked down Marvin with her mallet.
- In "Jeffy's 18th Birthday!", she once again broke out of prison, then teamed up with Screwball to kidnap Jeffy and get his inheritance.
- When Screwball got Marvin instead, she used him as a hostage and demanded the police to give her $50,000.
- After getting Jeffy as part of the police's deal and Jeffy starts beating her up, Nancy gets the upper hand and tells him that she never loved him, and after getting her money, she will kill him and his other family.
- In "Jeffy's 19th Birthday!", she returns from her supposed death, once again with Screwball, this time they kidnap Jeffy, Junior, Cody, Joseph and Penelope by stealing the school bus they are on from Jackie Chu.
- When the school bus rammed the police car and stopped, Nancy shot a rocket at the bus, exploding it and killing everyone in it (though it's revealed Simmons rescued them in time).
- She tried to kill Brooklyn T. Guy when he went to save his daughter in the bus, though this failed and he killed Nancy.
- Unlike most other SuperMarioLogan villains, everything about Nancy is played completely seriously. She's easily one of the evilest villains in the series, being the one directly responsible for Jeffy's spoiled behaviour throughout the series. She has virtually no comedic laughs or moments to the point that even Jeffy (who was still affected by the trauma caused by her) and the others who act like jerks hate her and think she is a horrible person.
- While other villains do child abuse, Nancy is the worst since her trauma still affected Jeffy is the present while other kids moved on from being traumatized. Her abuse also caused Jeffy to be the way he is, making Nancy responsible for all of his villainous deeds.
Why She Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- Despite passing the baseline due to her horrific treatment of her children and her personal villainy towards Jeffy, she still massively fails SML’s heinous standards as her worst crimes include attempted mass murder (even if it involves child murder) and one rape, both of which are nothing new in the SML series and are done on worse scales by Bubbles, Cody and even her own son Jeffy.
