His Evil Ranking[]

His Villainous Deeds[]

In General[]

  • Although he was never intended to be as heinous as the others, the problem is he is way too mischievous and pranks his friends all the time, as he almost killed Pops because of this. He can be jerky at times, as shown when he refused to let Mordecai and Rigby use the computer to make a website for Margaret.
  • Just like Mordecai, he was shown abusing Hi Five Ghost by punching him for talking while he was jinxed.
  • There are times where he can overreact, as shown when he pranked Mordecai and Rigby by having Low Five Ghost turn them into ghosts just for spilling soda in his face by accident. He also threw a temper tantrum because of this. He also tend to go into berserker or fit of rage moments where he sometimes go on destructive rampages.
  • He can be a bit of a slacker in the later seasons, however, he's not too much of a slacker compared to Mordecai and Rigby.
  • He showed to be quite hypocrite, since he enjoys doing pranks but even too heavy to others but he hates when someone else do that on him, since he put Biggs inside a snack machine as a payback for the prank he did that to him, and implied to harm Mordecai and Rigby afterwards they did a prank to him,

Season 2[]

  • In "My Mom", after Muscle Man pretends to be annoying with Mordecai and Rigby for correcting him about his "my mom" jokes, he and his brother John play them a prank that consists of pretending they were mad at him for "making fun" of their mom, so they gave him a picture of his "mom" and They were made to eat a picture with a picture of their "mom" on it, but it was later revealed that that picture was of Muscle Man's butt.
  • In "Jinx", He told Rigby how to un-jinx himself by doing a forbidden ritual, which causes him to summon Ybgir, which is pretty much all his fault in the first place.

Season 3[]

  • In "Fortune Cookie", he switched Rigby's fortune, causing Rigby to switch Benson Dunwoodys fortune, nearly destroying the park.
  • In "Big Winner", he trashed the park and Mordecai and Rigby's house, thinking he will be able to pay for the damages with his fake lottery ticket money. He also damaged a lottery machine and attacked some police officers. Also, is revealed that he attacked a man named Biggs only because Biggs pulled a prank on him, and Muscle Man didn't find the prank as funny as Biggs did. The episode also ended with Muscle Man telling Mordecai and Rigby they will need health insurance when he pranks them back, implying he was planning to murder them.

Season 4[]

  • In "Muscle Mentor", he tried to hurt Rigby by smashing him into things. He also mocked him and put them both in danger. Therefore, while he redeems himself by expressing his pride towards Rigby for completing the program, he took things too far regardless of whether he was ordered to do this by Benson.
  • In "Starter Pack", he pranks Thomas and attempted to attack (possibly even murder) him after "he" (Mordecai and Rigby set up the Trash Bag Prank) pranked him back. It turned out this he and Thomas worked together to pull a prank on them. Even so, this prank destroyed a great deal of the park.
  • In "Firework Run", he got Hi-Five Ghost, Mordecai, and himself in trouble with Benson after wasting all the fireworks. They all would have gotten fired if that one firework did not top July 4th show. Furthermore, his actions also put them and himself in danger.

Season 6[]

  • In "White Elephant Gift Exchange", it is revealed that every year the park workers celebrate the White Elephant gift exchange. The holiday is always ruined by Muscle Man, who pranks his friends by giving them gifts that will make them miserable, as he gave Pops twenty-year old ranch dressing in a bottle, Mordecai and Rigby incredibly itchy sweaters and Benson gloves made from his old underwear. During the recent White Elephant Gift exchange, it seems that he has changed his ways by giving them a flat screen television, but Rigby finds out that the box only contains leftover Chinese food. Muscle Man finally gets his comeuppance when all of the park groundskeepers prank him in return.

Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]

  • While he passes the baseline due to endangering the other park crew members several times with his pranks, usually going too far with them, he falls the heinous standards compared to other Regular Show villains, like Rigby, Benson Dunwoody (who also fails the standards) and Anti-Pops.
  • He is on and off, as he has many heroic moments throughout the series, to the point where he passes the admirable standards of the series and is Inconsistently Admirable.
  • All of villainous moments that involved him going into rage or destructive moments they were all Heating-Up Periods.
  • He assisted in helping the park rangers save Hi-Five Ghost and Benson after when he was brainwashed by the villain of Exit 9B.
  • He assisted in stopping the villain of Exit 9B while Mordecai and Rigby were going to stop and redeem Benson.
  • He showed remorse after nearly killing Pops with his prank that he temporarily gave up pranking only coming back after Pops was hurt by one of the pranks of the rival park which was a set up.
  • He is often extremely comedic and is sometimes not taken very seriously, especially in certain scenes like how he got punched by the belly so hard that his own pecs punch him in the eyes and knock him over, and of course whenever he makes jokes about his own mother.
