Mega Jack Horner formerly known as Big Jack Horner is the main protagonist of the Villains Fanon Wiki Chronicles spinoff Mega Jack Cinematic Universe as the main character of The PE Massacre.
He is a spiteful individual, who, after being removed from the fabled PE status, sought revenge on those who wronged him, so, in his attempts to prove himself superior, he began a killing spree, slaughtering every PE character that ever existed for if he couldn't be PE, then no one could.

- After being removed from Pure Evil, out of petty vengeance, vowed to kill every single PE Approved character out there, which is an attempted kill count that is upwards of the thousands, with him more or less committing genocide.
- While he has an arguable Freudian Excuse of being kicked out of the PE Club, it is far too petty and laughable of an excuse to commit genocide on all Pure Evils, especially considering they had little to do with why he was removed.
- He murdered his novel counterpart out of hatred for the fact that he was an approved Pure Evil while he had to be removed.
- Killed both Taurus Bulba's 2017 counterpart and General Lunaris at the request of his right-hand man, Bradford Buzzard.
- Murdered both Eli Mills and Dr. Facilier because he despised the fact that the both of them were only approved for Pure Evil because of a single line.
- Murdered Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear despite having nothing against him and simply went for him because he was an easy target.

- He shot John Ratcliffe from Pocahontas with a bullet to the head and let the indians scalp him.

- Sucked the soul of Shang Tsung from Mortal Kombat to become eternal so that he can torment and murder PEs forever.
- He cut Art the Clown from Terrifier in half with a hacksaw as karmic revenge for Dawn's death in the first movie.
- He broke into Anton Chirgurh's hotel room and shot him in the head with his own captive bolt pistol.
- Created a giant snake to eat Lord Voldemort from Harry Potter alive.
- He is indirectly responsible for the events of Secret History of Sonic & Tails and There's Something About Amy as he ambushed Comics Black Noir into a deadly trap to be completely blown up by the SWAT team, destroying his body but his consciousness lived and went to possess Secret History Tails.
- Imprisoned all the Pure Evils from Hazbin Hotel: Journey to the Light in an undisclosed location after they were kicked for being from a plagiarized work.
- While he spared Noo-Noo and Animated Series Starscream, he only does this because he wants to save them for last after he killed all of the PEs because of his deep hatred towards them for being from IH to PE.
- Even though most of the victims that were killed by Jack deserved what was coming for them due to how horrendously evil they are, none of these actions are treated as heroic by the narrative, as it was all done out of personal villainy by Jack as revenge for being rejected by them.

- He brutally wounds Bayverse Sentinel Prime and then tells him that he betrayed his tragedy and extremism to become PE before crushing his head with the boot.

- In Massive Jack Horner form, he rips off Zombie Hank Pym aka Giant Zombie’s limbs and jaw and leaves him to be eaten undead by hungry humans due to the fact Hank Pym enjoyed the perks of being a cannibalistic zombie, making him a traitor to the human race.
- Ruined Megamind’s reputation by impersonating him, taking Will Ferrell hostage, slandering him by being an egotistical dick to Minion for no reason, used insane troll logic to change Minion's name to Old Chum, retconning Megamind's backstory by making him the former leader of the Doom Syndicate, going to Villain school where Machiavillain (a Kefka Palazzo knock-off Jack made) was his master, and stole 50K dollars from Dreamworks via the Cringe Gun to create Megamind vs the Doom Syndicate.
- Used Megamind vs the Doom Syndicate as a torture device to make anyone who watches it vomit 24/7, effectively making it a fate worse than death. He would use this cringefest as a weapon to use against PEs that managed to survive his attacks or use it to torture his prisoners.
- Burned and skinned Luis from Hazbin Hotel Journey Of The Sinners alive.
- He used Megamind vs the Doom Syndicate to put the entire population of Michigan in a fate worse than death.
- He beat the shit out of the IH Killer as punishment for promoting Noo-Noo and Animated Series Starscream to Pure Evil, preventing him to kill IH Villains for 2 months
- He helped TATMR’s Diesel 10 and Miss Power get revenge on the NPE Killer by beating him to near-death for getting Paisley Paver cut from NPE, resulting in the NPE Killer failing to get rid of NPEs for a week.
- He killed P.T. Boomer by making him puke to death via zapping him with the Cringe Gun.
- He intercepted The PG Murderer’s mail bomb to Tabbykitth’s Tebbyverse Harley Sawyer, and instead mailed it to SakuraArts Harley Sawyer, blowing him up in the process. Additionally, he and CatNap killed Eric Wilson and SakuraArts Leith Pierre, respectively to satisfy CatNap’s hatred towards the scientists.
- Psychologically broke the dog kicking Plutonian by making him suffer extremely brutal physical and mental pain by shattering his ego, Jack would grab Plutonian by the neck, Ripped out his spinal cord and shoving it into his own mouth, using it to snap his neck and threw his body into a KFC Deep Fryer. He later revived the Plutonian just so Omni-Man can force him to commit Self-cannibalism by making him eat his own heart and clap his head to relieve people from the stress that Plutonian caused.
- Snaps Commander Fox's neck for being obsessively loyal to Adolf Hitler and Nazism.
- He executes Order 66 on TV Series Homelander by cutting off his PINGAS, making him constipated and causing blood to splatter all over.

- Tricked Anthony Ivo into Killing Baron Robotnik, so Ivo can become Parasite.

- His overall actions would have severe consequences:
- It caused Future Zamasu (Takes place before his death) to get enraged and decided to kill some of Jack's allies to spite him. While Jack did not intend this to happen, it is still partly his fault for angering Future Zamasu. Jack's actions also caused Shadow to team up with The Absolute Solver, William Afton, Absolute Solver, The Ink Demon, Chara (Dusttale), Satan, and other villains to take down Jack. If they were to take down Jack, It is likely they would continue to team up to help each other's goals and destroy every human in existence which would be very catastrophic.
- It also caused the creation of Audrey the Destroyer taken inspiration of him into killing NPEs, Vanimikoleena (An fusion of Venessa/Vanny, Himiko Toga, and Mileena) who became inspired in killing IHs, and Jackson Cyclone to kill VBs. As well as made Sentinel Unicronus wanna kill PGs to rub it in Jack's face by doing what he failed to do which in turn made Emperor Shen inspired to kill NPGs.
- His actions are so bad that Shadow and various pure evil villains started at war with Mega jack Honer.
- During his battle with Springtrap, Cyn, Ink Demon, Chara and Alternate Gabriel. He would mentally torment them until they can't fight and would beat them up afterwards.
- He brutally kills Puss in Boots by stabbing him with his own sword before attempting to kill Frisk which resulted in Sans's death. Though Diane Foxington the Savior would undone the hero kills.
- Frisk is forced to use all of their determination just to keep up with Jack only to get killed as well.
- The aftermath of the war caused humanity and wild life to be extinct (in the universe he is in at least) along with all bacons and guest as well. Countless lives along with the bacons and the guests are killed off as well.

- He manages to destroy the monstrous fusion who is Springtrap, Cyn, Ink Demon, Chara, Alternate Gabriel and Frisk's soul fused into one. which mean when destroyed the monstrous fusion, he killed all of them at once. Though that got rectonned out by the though the Retcon Goddess would where Jack runs away ffom Nyarlathtep instead.
- Even after his death, he continues to kill PEs as a ghost and make more allies.
- Jack still played in a role in causing all the other massacrers since it was HIS actions that inspired the other kills not the Moral Killers who booted them off their respective scaling wikis.
- When Nyarlathotep begins to torment Jack, he goes on a rampage and commits mass omnicide in his attempt to kill Nyarlathotep. During this, he destroyed countless infinite size dimensions with infinite people inside of them. After doing this, he cowardly fly away without any remorse at all with him only be scared that Nyarlathotep is far more powerful than him, which no other villain has ever done before.
- When he found out Lawyer Kong got killed by Vanimikoleena he laughed and mocked his "King Kong style" death for his DMCA Stunt.
- He plans on doing that once he is done killing PEs, he will go after the users on the Pure Evil Wiki responsible for his page being removed In the first place to make them sorry they ever did it.
- He beats the crap out of the IH Killer for giving average citizens and other moral wiki killers universe destroying weapons in order to make Jack not heinous.

Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- Existing in the same canon as the VFW Chronicles means he fails the astronomical heinous standard of that universe due to the multitude of characters who have committed omnicide, which isn't helped by the fact that as Omega Jack Horner, he has the full capacity to destroy planets. Overall, he fails to other villains like The NPE Killer, 😳😳Mr.Cool😳😳, Ethan Vole and Generic Dark Lord, all of whom did far worse similar or lower resources with him all thanks to the IH Killer giving him a shit load of resources. He even fails to his fellow killers Audrey The Destroyer and Vanimikoleena who had lower resources yet are able to use theirs better than him and able to do the same amount of killings as him. Despite this, he has the highest count of people being put in a FWTD, committing mass omnicide, mass torture, mass enslavement and his murder methods becoming more brutal and gruesome
- There is also the fact his resources are very Inconsistent as he was able to defeat certain strong foes such Brianaic, Sonic.exe, Nazo the Hedgehog and etc, yet failed to kill much weaker characters such as Animated & WFC Video Games Megatron when he could have used the Infinity Stones, Chaos Emeralds. his transformations (Massive, Omega, Super, Hyper and/or Deity forms) and etc to easily kill them making his resources very questionable.
- He is way too comedic since he is a parody made to poke fun at BoH users and how they were annoyed by the original Jack Horner's removal from Pure Evil. This means he is not taken seriously at all. He even kills his victims in comedic manner like referencing Youtube Poops, sending Eggen to HowToBasic's house, using a hydraulic press seen in YouTube Videos, and killing his victims in the style of Yo Mama Jokes.
- Despite how evil he is, he considers some crimes to be worse than murder and omnicide such as rape, discrimination, child abuse, parasocialism, and pedophillia. This shows he still have some standards and called out Lawyer Kong for being more petty then him. He also find Star committing genocide on all magic creatures to stop Mina pretty stupid. He killed also Kaa for his creepy disturbing fanart of him hypnotizing and eating others espically children. He also killed SCP-953 and had her torture her beyond the grave for making an mother eat her own child.
- He has many pet the dog moments like where he gave Amity the burn corpse of her mother to cheer her up and let her know that Odalia will never abuse her or torment Alador ever again, Taking Jeffy under his wing and treating him with respect unlike Nancy and having him help Jack to deal with Child abusers, and Telling Porsha the good news that her despicable father has been executed for all the terrible things he did to her. He also did the same when he gave Ragyō Kiryūin a taste of her own medicine (Where he had Anime male fan degenerates do the same what she gave to Satsuki Kiryūin) and took a picture of the aftermath and sent it to Satsuki and Ryuko. After teaming up with Vanimikoleena in killing King Fritz jack Jack and her said to Ymir and her children they don’t worry about his abuse anymore.
- Despite being mad at him once for killing Turbo and bringing back Absolute Solver, there are times where he allowed him to kill NPEs that he find very disgusting such as Francis and Kai Chikasi.

- While he is currently VB, this could likely change due to the fact he started killing PEs in more brutal ways, torturing some PEs with Megamind vs the Doom Synicate to put them in a fate worse than death, committing mass omnicide, and attacking heroes like framing Megamind which results his execution, brutally killing Uzi Doorman just to kill the Absolute Solver. He also starts killing pure good heroes like Papyrus, Jimmy Crcket, Jez, Guest 1337 and various others Pure Good Heros in a brutal ways (however, this no longer matters because they were retconned out) and begins to enslave bacons and guests. Jack also started to be taken more seriously as he is slowly gaining his own story and appearing in others as well being treated as a massive threat by the but is still held back by being too comedic due to how he kills some of his victims.
- Recently Jack is also being treated as a threat seriously by heroes showing up in his series which will likely increase his status being changed more.
