Mayor Humdinger, or simply known as Humdinger, is the main antagonist of Nickelodeon's PAW Patrol franchise. He serves as the main antagonist of the children's TV show PAW Patrol, being the overarching antagonist of the first season and the main antagonist of the second season onwards. He is also the main antagonist of the 2021 film PAW Patrol: The Movie, and the secondary antagonist of its 2023 sequel PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie.
He is the devious and corrupt mayor of Foggy Bottom. He is also Mayor Goodway's rival, as well as the leader of the Kitten Catastrophe Crew and also the archenemy of the PAW Patrol team.
In all of his appearances, he is voiced by Ron Pardo, who also voiced Robot in PJ Masks. In the UK, He was voiced by Mike Cross. In PAW Patrol: Grand Prix and PAW Patrol: World, He was voiced by Justin Badger.

- Humdinger is so competitive that he cheats at virtually everything he sets to compete in.
- While simply antagonistic in the first season, he becomes genuinely villainous in the second season onward.
- He is somewhat egomaniacal, as well as megalomaniacal.
- He is also extremely charismatic, as he can manipulate Mayor Goodway and the PAW Patrol.
Movies[]
- In the 2021 film PAW Patrol: The Movie:
- Humdinger becomes mayor of Adventure City as well as having plans of having it remodeled in his image and not caring what the people want.
- He threatened Kendra Wilson of shutting down her University if she didn't use the Cloud Catcher to suck up all the clouds to have his fireworks show.
- He alongside Ruben and Butch start kidnapping all the dogs including the PAW Patrol in Adventure City, and his goons only managed to capture Chase after getting into an argument with Ryder, feeling betrayed by him when he tells him to take a break from missions after he convinced him to come back to the city when he didn't want to and runs away, which made it easier for Humdinger's goons to catch him on his own and they lock him and all dogs in a dog school which Humdinger turned into dog prison.
- The next day, he opens Humdinger Heights and destroys the control that controls the Cloud Catcher, causing it to go haywire and endanger everyone in Adventure City.
- He attempted to flee from the PAW Patrol as they're about to arrest him for his actions, only to be caught by Skye's drone, resulting in his pants getting ripped off, and getting arrested.
- In PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie, Humdinger teams up with Victoria Vance to escape prison and help her steal the power crystals from the PAW Patrol/Mighty Pups.
- After they manage to steal Skye's power crystal. he criticizes Victoria for her laugh, causing her to try to electrocute him to shut him up.
- Later on, Humdinger tries to crush the PAW Patrol as revenge for arresting him by using the power crystal that Victoria gave him that causes him to grow into a giant, while causing destruction in Adventure City while chasing after the PAW Patrol to crush them, as well as destroying an ice cream truck, and even trying to kill Dolores, who is saved by Liberty, he corners the PAW Patrol, and is about to crush them with his foot, only to be distracted by the Junior Patrollers, and Marshall who takes back his power crystal, resulting in him to shrink back down to his normal size, and getting arrested for a second time, much to his dismay.
Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- While the attempted destruction of Adventure City allows him to pass the baseline, he didn't intend to nearly destroy it and was a complete accident. Thus, the rest of his actions amount to generic cheating and kidnapping meaning he fails the heinous standards to the Copycat and Victoria Vance.
- He is very incompetent and has too many comedic moments to make him NPE or PE.
- Humdinger have some respect for some villains, as shown with Victoria Vance in PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie, as he is shown to be impressed by her for getting all the power crystals and capturing Skye.
- He is On & Off, even having been shown to consider Mayor Goodway, his rival, to be a friend.
- He cares about a few people, for instance:
- He does deeply care about his mother, Helga Humdinger as he's always trying to impress her.
- He is also shown to care about his kitties as shown when they're about to fall off a cliff in "Pups Save a Snowboard Competition".
