Mandrake the Malfeasant is an elderly supervillain in Wander Over Yonder and one of the biggest in the Yonder Galaxy with 15 planets under his rule. Despite his currently feeble and weak, he was once the most feared and powerful villain in the galaxy, as well as the arch-nemesis of the galaxy's former greatest heroine, Stella Starbella. He is a remarkable parody of Ming the Merciless.

His Villainous Deeds[]
- In his youth days, he was the most feared villain in the Yonder Galaxy and did all manner of evil deeds and horrific events which were all usually thwarted by Starbella, his unrequited love.
- Years ago, he came out of retirement to show all the young punk villains like "Lord Hatred" (that is how he calls Hater in mockery plan) what real villain is all about.
- His first easy victory was kidnap King of Sherblorg 7. However, Starbella, Wander and Sylvia soon arrived to stop him, but was trap by Mandrake.
- He then gloated his victory and how he would soon be the greatest in the galaxy.
- He managed to escape Starbella custody and continued his plans for conquest, eventually conquering many worlds and rising all the way to the top ten on the galaxy Villains.
- He heard about the rings of invincibility in an asteroid field and goes with his robot army there.
- He eventually come across Wander and Lord Hater and releases his robots on them.
- He then prepares to blast them with a powerful beam of energy from his scepter, but he soon begins coughing and state that he is too old for this nonsense.
Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- He fails the heinous standard compared to Emperor Awesome who destroyed 3 planets and Lord Dominator who destroys multiple planets in the universe. Also him taking over planets is too common for these series since all of the villains here beside Lord Dominator and Emperor Awesome are just conquering the planet.
- He has several comedic moments that detract from his heinousness
- He along with the other villains attend to Emperor Awesome barbecue party and then when Peepers help Lord Hater party. He along with the other villains went into Lord Hater party and he was chatting with Dr. Screwball Jones and Little Bits.
- Despite being rivals with her, he does care for Starbella, as he was in love with her and deeply regrets that her heart was the one thing he could not conquer.
- He is a scapegoat, as he was imprisoned by Lord Dominator at her ship.
