Luminous Twilight Valentine, formerly known as Luminous Valentine is a supporting character in the That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime series.
She is voiced by Lynn in Japanese and by Jill Harris in English.

In General[]
- While Veldora Tempest destroying her nation does give her a Freudian Excuse for a time but once he reformed himself and attempted to make up for it in present day, her vengeance on him makes it less justified.
- While she is heroic in the current arc she didn't completely redeem herself so she technically still a Karma Houdini.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime[]
- She would end up attacking and killing Twilight Valentine with a disigergation while understandable she got fed up with their experiments she went too drastic with her methods.
- While it was revealed they survived it in Volume 21, she is unaware of their survival so it still counts.
- It was implied she done a ton of immoral acts listing sexual assault and killing many people prior to the events of the series.
- She also shown to making out and cuddling in Holy Coffin containing the Masked Hero Chronoa.
- Due to to her forming the Western Holy Church it makes her indirectly responsible for Hinata Sakaguchi, the Falmuth Invasion and the Seven Luminaries actions.
- Although Veldora Tempest wasn’t 100% innocent given his destructive past he was shown to willingly make up for his actions and despite it she shocked him with her Embrace Drain shown to be painful to him and only just made him a scapegoat.
Why Doesn't She Stand Out?[]
- While she passes the general baseline for her personal villainy towards Veldora Tempest for painfully shocking him with her embrace drain, attempted famicide with her creator and can't be compared to Rudra Nam Ul Nasca, Michael, Feldway, Milim Nava, Ivaragé, Veldora Tempest, Velzard, Velgrynd and Veldanava due to the large gap in power, she fails the heinous standards to Geld, Yuuki Kagurazaka, Clayman, Geldmud, Mariabell Rosso, and Edmaris Falmuth who done worse similar or less resources.
- Also some her acts like her kills her those who were evil like the Seven Luminaries and King Coleus or acts that were done for a greater good which also limits her heinousness.
- She also relies on Fridge-Horror due to her past actions barley brought up as her killing victims is only implied.
- Her cuddling Chronoa in the Holy Coffin doesn't technically fall under sexual assault due to her cuddling only the outside of it, prevents her from standing out with that crime and all she did is being being a generic Anime pervert to Hinata Sakaguchi.
- Not to mention she never was shown doing it to Chloe Aubert after she woke up from her Holy Coffin which shown she subverted it.
- Also her being responsible for events due to her actions is too indirect such as Falmuth Invasion and the Seven Lumimares as she admitted she didn't expect those outcomes nor know about their actions. She also had no idea Twilight's deaths would her fellow creations do their acts or even knowing Chronoa would rampage makes any of those acts that allow her to pass the standards all unintentionally heinous.
- Like many of the villains of the work she is a Grey-Zoned On & Off Anti-Villainess, as she done some genuine heroism in protecting humanity by forming the Western Holy Church even if some of the intentions was pragmatic for blood supply to sustain herself so it isn't 100% self servicing and later allied against the Eastern Empire and Feldway meaning she has also standards.
- Although while shocking Veldora with her embraced drain was not completely justified her anger can be somewhat be understandable to a extent and was willingly gonna forgive him with time.
- She has some minor affiable moments and has respected & cared for multiple others and been honorable before.
- She has a few comedic moments that detract her from her heinousness as her shocking Veldora, even her perverted moments are played for comedy as a running gag of Luminous finding females atrractive and Rimuru using it as levarage for her.
Trivia[]
- She and Leon Cromwell are so far the only members of Octogram to be Villainous Benchmark as Guy Crimson and Milim Nava are Inconsistently Heinous while Rimuru Tempest, Frey, Carrion, Ramiris are not Villains nor are heinous enough to be a Non-Villain Inconsistently Heinous. While it is not decided yet if Dino or Dagruel are Villainous Benchmarks or are able to stand out enough to be Inconsistently Heinous.
