Luis Fernando Lopez is a major antagonist in Grand Theft Auto IV and The Lost and Damned and the main protagonist of The Ballad of Gay Tony. He is the bodyguard, business associate, and best friend of Gay Tony.

His Villainous Deeds[]

Even before the story he was arrested for drug trafficking, murders and fighting in illegal boxing rings.
He helped tony with illegal crimes such as terrorism, murder, drug trafficking, and helping crime families to keep his clubs.
He helps Rocco torture someone for information, but he was reluctant.
He kills Santo for trying to kill him after he doesn't throw a fight. (determinant)
He headbutts Evan and takes Tony C4s so Rocco Pelosi doesn't burn down his clubs.
He helps ray Bulgarian with killing FIB, police, and hockey owners.
He helps Yusuf with taking tanks, buzzards, and parts of trains.
He threatens a blog reporter who is saying that Luis and Tony are gay.
He kills Rocco's uncle by shooting him in the head.
He goes on a rant about Tony on how he is a "useless drunkie fuck" and then takes down Bulgarians heroin trafficking.
Overall, he commits lots of crimes to save tony and to help him with business.

Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]

He is very loyal to tony and never betrays him even when he goes off the deep end.
He helps everyone that asks for help if they are nice to him.
He is On and Off as most of his actions are only to keep Tony safe.
He loves his mother and sometimes respects Armando and Henrique even though they are scumbags who try to force Luis into helping with their business.
He fails the heinous standard to almost every GTA protagonist as he almost always kills people who deserve it or to help his friends.
