Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- Lucius fails the in-story high heinous standards to other more vile villains in the Harry Potter franchise, such as Voldemort, Bellatrix and practically all other main villains, therefore he can't qualify as NPE or IH.
- He genuinely loves and cares about his family such as his parents, wife, son and grandson.
