Kyoya Tachibana is a minor antagonist in the That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime series. He is an Otherworlder summoned by an unknown Western Nation before landing in Razen's possession in the Kingdom of Falmuth.

In Japanese, he was voiced by Shou Nogami, while Kyle Phillips voiced him in English.

His Evil Ranking[]

His Villainous Deeds[]

  • He aided in provoking the Kingdom of Falmuth in provoking the Jura-Tempest Federation which resulted in 100 deaths including Shion.
  • He killed Gobzo while defending Shuna and struck down Hakurou and Gobta with injury that couldn't be normally healed had Rimuru not removed it.
  • While he seems calm at first sight he's also twisted on the inside and shown it a couple of times.
  • His death by Hakoru through decapitation is not played for sympathy as his arrogance was his downfall, and involvement in Falmuth attack.

Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]

  • While he passes the baseline for aid in attempted genocide and sadism of killing Gobzo with his lower resource but those acts aren't enough to stand out in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime absurd high heinous standard where genocide with kill counts in thousands to millions are more common by nation level destroying beings.
  • He got some redeeming factors that prevent him from being Near Pure even if heinous standard was much lower for him to stand out.
    • Unlike Shogo and Kirara he doesn't hate the Central World but is fascinated by it.
    • He has some sense of honor as he acknowledged Hakurou's survivability that he was tougher than he thought.
  • Most actions were under Razen's orders meaning he would fail to him if the heinous standard was lower.
