Kokichi Oma, also known as the Ultimate Supreme Leader, is a major antagonist in Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony.
His Evil Ranking[]
His Villainous Deeds[]
- He led a group known as D.I.C.E. that committed petty crimes regularly. Even if this memory wasn't real, he takes pride in the fact.
- He called Miu a useless cum dumpster and said her entire existence was a mistake.
- He told Ryoma who had his motive video (Maki), the video that said that he had no one to live for, which makes him indirectly responsible for him giving up his life to Kirumi and, therefore, the events of Chapter 2's Deadly Life.
- He manipulated Gonta Gokuhara into strangling Miu Iruma to death, despite him not wanting too.
- Essentially blackmailed Kaito into murdering him because if he didn't go along with his plan Maki would've been the blackened and been executed.
Why Doesn't he Stand Out?[]
- He fails the Heinous Standard to Tsumugi Shirogane.
- He did plenty of help throughout many class trials.
- He is way too comedic for NPE/PE.
- He has some standards as the D.I.C.E. gang that he leads commits nothing more than petty crimes with murder being frowned upon in the gang which is the main reason why he exposes Maki's true ultimate talent.
- He helped Himiko express her feelings more as he picks up on her holding in her emotions, causing Himiko to let it all out and giving her a good change in personality.
- Although he acts like he likes the game, he actually hates it, and even passes the admirable standards by sacrificing himself to end the game.
