Kirara Mizutani is a minor antagonist in the That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime series, she is an Otherworlder summoned in the Kingdom of Falmuth intended to be an weapon for their military.
In the original Japanese, she was voiced by Hiyori Kono. Also, in the English dubbed version, she was voiced by Meg McClain.

- When summoned she command 30 mages that summoned her to die with Bewilder
- Wish to kill Razen with Shogo and Koyoya so they can be free to burn the world down.
- Even though she was ordered to cause an scene in the Jura-Tempest Federation she willingly went with it due to envy of that nation having better stuff.
- Framed Gobzo with accusation of sexually assaulting her
- When she was found out she attempted to use Bewilder to kill an crowd, only failed due to Shuna using an magical spell to nullify her spell.
- The scene would allow Falmuth to have a excuse to attack Tempest which resulted in 100 people killed including Shion, and Gobzo.
- She did nothing to help Shogo and Koyoya when Gobta, Geld and Hakarou leaving her companions to fight, though it is due to having no combat skills like Shogo and Koyoya making this an minor thing.
Why She Doesn't Stand Out[]
- While she passes the baseline for her kill count and attempted kill count with her lower resources but the heinous standard of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime is simply too absurdly high to the point where her lower resources don't matter since the work mass genocide by nation level destroying beings or those with large armies are the norm around here, especially when acts of attempted mass omnicide by Feldway and Ivaragé later on in the Light Novel gets introduced in later arcs.
- Even if going by the Anime, Manga, ISEKAI Memories, and ISEKAI Chronicles heinous standards, she still wouldn't be an Minor Insufficiently Near Pure Evil since she would fail the those heinous standards to other characters that would fail the Light Novel Heinous Standard themselves that done far worse than her with similar resources.
- While not shown or mentioned in the Anime nor Manga in the Light Novel when she was summoned when she had good life with her parents and boyfriend before it was taken from her and enslaved where she was enslaved, bullied and abused by everyone when thought she had a no unique skill making her somewhat tragic. Not to mention her death was played for somewhat sympathy thus this prevents her from being Pure Evil. Though she was already an jerk before summomed, the bullying & abuse only made it worse.
- All of her actions are under Razen's orders.

- She was only one out of the 3 Otherworlders where someone from Tempest felt bad for her as Hakurou felt bad about her death by Shogo though was only because killing one’s own ally is a massive sin.
