I don't PANIC!!!
~ Stallworth reacting to Derek Morgan calling him a coward.

He was portrayed by Philip Casnoff.

His Evil Ranking[]

His Villainous Deeds[]

  • Becoming angry that he lost his home, he broke into the new owner's home, Donald Sanderson, and killed his wife and daughter, later framing him for the crimes and traumatizing him for years.
    • Making it worse, despite the pleas given by his accomplices to not kill the daughter or wife, he still sadistically murdered Sandersons family, uncaring for their opinion
    • He also adopted the phrase he used in the home invasion, "Let's do this"
    • Later, its heavily implied that he sneaked heroin into his cell to prevent him from researching the identity of Tommy Wittman, one of his accomplices.
  • He fired 6000 of his employees, causing 3 or more people to commit suicide, and it can't be only one as Penelope said "Some" not one, meaning bare minimum three.
  • Realizing that Donald Sanderson was released from prison and killed Tommy in self-defense, be became paranoid and stabbed Mary Rutka until she bled out.
  • Being confronted by Derek Morgan, he acts like he is innocent, but Morgan eventually presses him by calling him a coward, for which James freaks out and reveals himself as a psychopathic manchild.

Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]

  • Familicide is a pretty common crime for Criminal Minds as some even killed infants and molested the daughters, his enforced suicide also relies on fridge horror as its unknown how much killed themselves, even if it wasn't, there are two serial killers with lower resources who forced victims to commit suicide but with more victims.
