Jamal "Jay" Elliot is the secondary antagonist of the Season 3 of the Scream TV series. He is a gangster and serial killer who wants to make Marcus Elliot suffer for leaving Deion Elliot to die and stealing his identity. Jamal is the half-brother of Marcus Elliot and Deion Elliot, and Beth’s former partner in crime and hook up/secret lover.
He was portrayed by American rapper Tyga. While in disguise, he is voiced by Roger L. Jackson. In-costume scenes as Ghostface were portrayed by William Scharpf.

His Villainous Deeds[]
- He becomes Beth’s accomplice and plans to murder his half-brother Marcus “Deion” Elliot.
- He kills Tommy Jenkins by sneaking into his car and stabbing him in the neck then coving his head with a plastic bag which quickly fills up with his own blood, though it is extremely hard to feel bad for Tommy due to him causing the event of the series.
- He throws Avery Collins over a balcony at the silent disco rave causing him to be impaled on a spike upon landing due to him being a racist and was killed as motivation for the Deadfast Club to expose their secrets.
- Kills fellow drug dealer Lavtavious by slitting his throat due to being a drug dealer.
- He follows his half-brother and his friend to Hookman’s junkyard where he fights Hookman, then stabs him in the stomach. He then ties him to a car compactor were he makes it inescapable causing Hookman to get crushed to death.
- Tries to kill Kym twice in her neighborhood and in the school.
- Attacks Marcus and Officer Reynolds putting the latter in the hospital.
- Attacks Amir in Beth's house and slashes Marcus's wrist.
- Threatens Marcus about his girlfriend Liv and Officer Reynolds.
Why He Doesn’t Stand Out?[]
- He massively fail the heinous standard to others including his partner in crime.
- He has an extremely tragic backstory by losing his half-brother Deion, with his other brother Marcus stealing Deion's identity, making him despise Marcus Elliot. Eventually his mother committed suicide after his father Earl abandoned him.
- He loved his late mother who commited suicide and was upset at Marcus for ruining his relationship with her and indirectly making her commit suicide.
- He genuinely cared for Deion with both having a love for football with Earl Elliot taking Deion to Kentucky to visit Jamal.
