The Interlopers are the overarching antagonists (alongside Ganondorf) the 2006 action-adventure game The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.

They were a tribe of Hylian sorcerers who attempted to conquer Hyrule and steal the Triforce for themselves. After being defeated, they were banished to the Twilight Realm, where they formed their own society.

• They practiced Dark Magic and sought to steal the Triforce for themselves.
• They waged war against Hyrule in their attempts to break into the Sacred Realm, resulting in hundreds of deaths.

Why Don't They Stand Out?

• They eventually gave up on their goal and redeemed, establishing a society known as the Twili.
• They are insufficiently characterized due to having no lines of dialogue and only being shown in Lanayru's flashback.
• While they pass the baseline and can’t be compared to Demise, their worst actions amounted to a failed attempt to take over the world, meaning they greatly fail the heinous standards to Ganondorf, Zant, and Majora. Resources don’t help since they had powerful dark magic and created the Fused Shadows.
