“ | A creature of the future, made from pieces of the past! Ladies and gentlemen, please be warned! This is the perfect blend of the two most dangerous creatures, that ever walked the Earth! We call it… the Indoraptor! | „ |
~ Gunnar Eversol introducing the Indoraptor to auctioneers. |
The Indoraptor is the secondary antagonist of the 2018 science fiction action film Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, the second installment of the Jurassic World film series and the fifth overall installment of Universal Pictures' Jurassic Park film series.
He is a powerful and cruel new hybrid dinosaur genetically created by the businessman Eli Mills and the scientist Henry Wu in secret within the laboratory of Lockwood Manor as a successor to Blue, the Indominus rex, and the Scorpios rex, that broke loose and went on a rampage across the site of the Jurassic World theme park on the island of Isla Nublar.
His Evil Ranking[]
His Villainous Deeds[]
- Bites off Wheatley’s arm, Sadistically torments Wheatley before brutally mauling him.
- Kills Eversol and three other people in an elevator.
- Kills three guards and mutilates them.
- While he does save Owen and Claire by killing two of Mills’ mercenaries, it was unintentional, Later he kills more mercenaries.
- Tried to kill Owen, Claire, and Maisie. In his chase he also destroys all the Lockwood Manor and try to kill Blue also.
- Psychologically abuses Maisie (a child who wasn’t in his way) whilst trying to kill her for no reason, he does this by slowly dragging his claw across the bed she tried to hid in whilst relishing in her fear.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- Although he passes the baseline due to his brutal kills and psychological abuse of a child, he fails the heinous standard to the Indominus rex herself, who caused even more deaths with similar resources due to also being a dinosaur.
- Whilst he enjoys being evil, he has severe moral agency issues that make him a villain by proxy and was specifically made to be a brutal monster as Eli Millis says every bone and muscle was made for “hunting and killing”, him going rogue is merely a byproduct of him being created and raised for nothing but evil.
- He is too tragic to be NPE, because he was abused by Eli Mills and his guards for his entire life and raised in isolation which clearly effects him and causes him to go on a rampage.
- He's a scapegoat due to his brutal death - fallen and impaled by horns of a ceratopsian skull.
