Dr. Thomas Elliot, also known as Hush, is a face stealing serial killer. He serves as the main antagonist of both the Batman: Arkham City side mission "Identity Thief" and Batman: Arkham Knight's "Gotham's Most Wanted" mission "Friend in Need".

- At a young age, Thomas already displayed signs of being a bad person as he attempted to murder his parents, not because they were abusive, but just because he felt like he deserved their money.
- He only hates the Wayne Family because Thomas Wayne saved his mother in surgery, preventing him from claiming her money, which is an extremely petty excuse for his crimes.
- He helped Joker separate the Abramovici Twins, though it’s not certain that Thomas knew of Joker’s plans for them, the fact that he willingly helped a criminal is extremely telling.
- He murdered 6 people and cut off their faces to graft a face similar to Bruce Wayne’s. When Batman called him out on this, Thomas remarked “it was unfortunate, but necessary” to complete his plan, proving he doesn’t care for anyone but himself and simply wants his petty revenge on Bruce Wayne. This is even more petty when you take into account that Bruce had nothing to do with saving his parents, as it was his father who saved them in surgery.
- He tricks Lucius Fox into giving him access to the Wayne Tower computer and takes him hostage upon Batman's arrival.
Why He Doesn’t Stand Out?[]
- He fails the heinous standards to Joker, Scarecrow, Professor Strange, Simon Stagg, Calendar Man, and Penguin, who have all done worse.
