I would know how to take care of you, worship you. But all of you beautiful girls throw yourselves at men who are mean and selfish. Sweating, grunting brutes. You reject me, a nice guy, smart, superb. I dress well, I take care of myself. I would have taken care of you, but those days are gone. You had your chance. You do not deserve me anymore. You don't deserve to live.
~ Holden March revealing his hatred of women in his video diary.

Holden March, also known as the Pattern 13 Rapist, is the main antagonist of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode "Holden's Manifesto." He is an autistic misogynist who commits a sexual assault spree and later murder due to being ignored by women.

His Evil Ranking[]

His Villainous Deeds[]

  • He got fired from his job for attacking a couple.
  • He stalked, assaulted and attempted to rape three girls who rejected him in the past. When he couldn't perform correctly he stabbed them instead.
  • He evades capture from the police by incriminating them for denying his right to use his bike so he can escape arrest.
  • After killing a woman and her husband, he decides to go on a "blaze of glory" and one of his female teachers who angered him by getting married.
  • He broke into an all girls' school and killed the female teacher's husband then held 4 students hostage and tried to kill the 2 FBI agents trying to stop him.
  • Altough he is mentally ill nothing suggests that he has problems knowing right and wrong.

Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]

  • He fails the heinous standards as his crimes don't stand out to other criminals in the show who do far worse.
  • He is genuinely tragic due to having a mental illness and having no friends or girlfriends while being bullied which led him to become extremely insecure and lonely for his entire life.
  • His death is played with sympathy as he is tricked by Amanda Rollins and cries when he believes she might love her, despite knowing it is likely a trick.
