Hayden Rawlings is the secondary antagonist of the Criminal Minds episode "P911". He is a pedophile who tries to buy a young boy for sex off of the dark web and deals with child pornographer and kidnapper Michael Earlson.
He was portrayed by John Rubinstein.

- Despite having a wife and 3 children, he is never shown caring about them and instead uses it as an excuse to manipulate the BAU.
- Visited Kevin Rose online and watched porn of him.
- He attempted to buy Dustin Powers from the sadistic Michael Earlson so he could rape and supposedly traffic the child.
- Tried to make love and date Kevin Rose.
- When Reid and Elle check his computer, they find dozens of child pornography.
- Is heavily reluctant to give information about the website he tried to buy Dustin Powers on.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- Similar to Brandon Stiles, he fails the heinous standard to the main antagonist as he has a lower victim account and only attempted rape, while Earlson was the one doing it.
