Gluto is the quaternary antagonist of Power Rangers Time Force. He is the minor blue whale-themed mutant criminal and is the minion and lackey of Ransik and his underlings.
He was voiced by Neil Caplan.

- It's implied in the series that before the events of the series he was engaged in a serious and heavy crimes in the future, such as murder, drug dealing, kidnapping, extortionism, mob, theft and even man-eating.
- He joined Ransik when Ransik took over the Mutant Prison and helped Ransik with his villainous plans.
- He helped Ransik took over the Mutant Prison.
- He traveled together with his master Ransik to the past in order to conquer the world of the past.
- Gluto helped Ransik and Nadira rob the shops and banks of Silver Hills.
- Gluto helped Ransik and Nadira try to killthe Time Force Rangers.
- When Nadira and Tentaclaw kidnapped the bus full of children, Gluto asked Nadira if he could eat one of them.
- He commited multiple other crimes during the series, such as aiding Ransik and Nadira with their villainous plans.
- In the Nintendo DS version of the video game Power Rangers Super Legends, Gluto raided the laboratory.
- He shattered the Omega Crystal, thereby setting in motion the events of the game.
- Allied with Moltor and admitted to Will that he dropped the piece of the Omega Crystal.
- Personally fought the Rangers on the Time Force level and tried to kill Trip.
- While it's often debated whether the game Power Rangers Super Legends is canon or not, his actions in the game still count.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- He has a sympathetic past with his imprisonment in the Mutant Cryo-Prison and frantically begged the security guards not to imprison and freeze him in his cell.
- He is genuinely in love with Nadira and frequently tried to win her love and affection, but always failed and was always rejected.
- He is genuinely polite and friendly to everyone.
- He fails the heinous standard of the series and fails the heinous standard in comparison to Ransik, Frax and Nadira, committing far too standard villainy and the other villains had far more greater kill count than him.
