Giant Fish Balloon Monster

The Giant Fish Balloon Monster is a villain in The Powerpuff Girls. He appeared as the main antagonist in the episode "Uh Oh Dynamo".

His Evil Ranking[]

After a smaller fish balloon monster is defeated, he takes action and defeats the Powerpuff Girls.
He causes destruction in Little Tokyo Townsville endangering all the people around.
When the girls use the Dynamo to fight him, he attempts to kill them, destroying much of the city.

He laughs at Hal Larious when he he trips over a banana peel. Although he deserved it, it is still a jerkish behavior for the monster.

He search for the Key to the World to rule over it, destroying buildings, endangering people, and fighting against the girls and other villains for it.

When HIM sends the Powerpuff Girls Z to Townsville, he is seen attacking it and fighting against the original Powerpuff Girls.

In "Signal in the Sky" he is seen causing destruction in Townsville.
In "Who's Got the Power?" he is seen along other villains fighting against the girls.

While he passes the baseline by killing and endangering thousands of people, he hardly fails the heinous standards to Mojo Jojo, who caused much more destruction and committed several other crimes, and Dick Hardly, who created several defective Powerpuff Girls, who ended up decomposing and dying over time.
He is played for laughs in several moments, not being taken seriously enough for NPE.
He lacks personality, being a generic doomsday monster.
Although it is unknown which is his relationship with the Small Fish Balloon Monster he unambiguosly cares for him, since he comes with him to avenge his defeat against the Powerpuff Girls and high fives him after beating them for the first time.
