Dr. Fritz Ludwig is the main protagonist of the feature length YouTube psychological horror SFM movie, Emesis Blue. He is based on the character of the Medic from Team Fortress 2 as is the film he comes from.
He is voiced by Chad Payne.

- He beats Maynard Conagher to death with the lid of a piano.
- He killed Zed with a shotgun blast after mutilating him with a sentry gun.
- He stole the brief case from the Conagher brothers.
- He snuck into Jules Archibald's Coffin to kill the Detective.
- He runs over Redmond Mann.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- While killing 14 people is enough to pass the baseline, he fails the heinous standards of Emesis Blue to other villains who have done worse such as The Butcher, The Hunter, The Mann Brothers, The Detective and Jules Archibald respectively.
- He is incredibly tragic for several reasons such as hearing Jeremy getting Tortured to death by Zed Conagher and then coming across his body.
- When he is caught by the Detective, He is forced to play Russian roulette with him and Jane Doe.
- He is a scapegoat as he was blamed for the deaths of Jules Archibald, Jeremy and his mother.
