Flyseyes: I woke up in hell... because this world is insane. And... I learned something about sin.
Isaac: What did you learn?
Flyseyes: I learned... to like it. Yet, here I am, back on the surface of the Earth... strong and free, in a world where thinking... is considered something that should be tortured and murdered. Thank you... for my second life. I intend to use it well and make wonderful new dreams of it.
~ Flyseyes speaking with Isaac.
Who's a pretty girl? Who's a pretty girl? That right, you are.
~ Flyseyes to a doll.

Flyseyes is a minor antagonist of the Netflix animated series Castlevania. He is one of Forgemaster Isaac's night creatures and the only one with the ability to speak. Because of this, Isaac converses with him from time to time, with Flyseyes eventually revealing his old life as a philosopher in Athens.

He is voiced by Gildart Jackson in English and Yōhei Tadano in Japanese.

His Evil Ranking[]

His Villainous Deeds[]

  • As a human, he sold out his colleagues to the Christians, knowing they would be executed, hoping he would survive.
  • After being brought back as a night creature, he participated in Isaac's massacres.
  • He encouraged Isaac to keep on killing, because he wanted to get revenge on the world for what happened to him in life.
  • He tried to convince Isaac that all night creatures should do is kill when the Forgemaster had them burying bodies and rebuilding a city.

Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]

  • While he passes the baseline, he fails the massive heinous standard of the show, with his worst crimes being helping Isaac.
  • He is never showed killing anyone, making his worst crimes rely on fridge horror.
  • He is genuinely tragic, being unfairly tortured and executed just for questioning the existence of God.
  • He redeems himself in a way, agreeing to help Isaac help humanity, instead of trying to wipe it out.
  • He has two pet-the-dog moments:
    • Talking to the doll he finds endearing.
    • Regaining memories of his life after eating a berry.
