~ Flippy when he sees the Living Spray Factory come to life. |
Flippy Bailey is one of the main antagonists (alongside Petey The Cat) of DreamWorks' 48th full-length animated feature film Dog Man, based off of Dav Pilkey's book series of the same name.
His Evil Ranking[]
His Villainous Deeds[]
- He stole from the pet store and terrorized its owners/workers.
- He took control of the Living Spray Factory Beasty Building.
- He kidnaps Li'l Petey.
Why Doesn't He Stand Out?[]
- While having many villainous deeds that make him stand out, he ultimately fails the film's heinous standard to Petey, who sends the Okhay City into fear plus killing Officer Knight.
- He has a small tragic backstory, since he was never supported and always bullied in his childhood.
- He has moral agency issues due to being part robot and programmed to be almost pure evil by Petey. However, because he is shown to redeem himself and was evil before being turned into a cyborg, this is a minor prevention.
- He has several detracting comedic moments that detract his villainy.
- He ultimately shows remorse for all his evil deeds when he is given a friend.
