Flame King is major antagonist of Advanture Time. He is the king of Fire Kingdom and father of Flame Princess and her siblings.
He is voiced by Keith David.

His Villainous Deeds[]
- In the past, he killed his own brother to have the throne, and he shows no remorse for it, nor does he even try to help his nephews who are traumatized by it.
- When he learned from Bonnie that his daughter Phoebe (Flame Princess) might be more powerful than him, he ordered his servants to leave her in the forest, locking her away from the kingdom for 14 years, this resulted in her growing in isolation and having anger issues to the point where she could destroy an entire planet only by accident.
- He gave Flame Princess to Jake under the pretense of giving him her hand when in reality he just wanted to get rid of her.
- When he was overthrown by the Flame Princess, he tried to regain the throne even though the Fire Kingdom is much better now.
Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- While killing his own brother to become a king and locking his own daughter in the forest to the point of mentally traumatazing her into becoming very violent is enough to pass the baseline, he fails the standards to other villains who have done much worse, such as Stag who with far less resources kidnapped all the citizens of the Candy Kingdom, Warren who with less resources killed hundreds of his own children and Lemongrab who treated his kingdom and family even worse.
- He somewhat redeemed himself when, after escaping, he decided to live a peaceful life with Bun Bun and the Chipmunks instead of being king of the Fire Kingdom again, and at least tried to apologize to Phoebe (Flame Princess).
